Jasmin Haveli is a newly built hotel styled in the form of a haveli. The rooms are excellent, though a bit small for the cost. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The location is a bit iffy and you might be able to find better options inside the fort (with a better view). The staff is courteous and well mannered and always ready to help. Overall we came out very satisfied, though the cost might be on the higher side. This might be understandable considering these folks have to make all the money during the winter to make up for the the lean summer.

We stayed for one night in this Hotel. Its a great place. the rooms are spacious and neatly done, very clean and with contemporary yet traditional rajasthani decor. The rooftop restaurant is a great but only in the mornings and the evenings as there is no roof. The only problem with this place is its a tad far off from the main town. by walk it takes arnd 25 mins and the auto charges you 50Rs. The problem is not to get to this place. The problem is to get out of the place as you have to walk arnd 2kms to reach the auto point.

The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The hotel is built in a authentic old rajasthani haveli style and very well proves as the first point of your tour itself. View of fort from the roof is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. If I go to Jaisalmer again then this has to be the place.

Amazing rooms and service Amazing rooms and service

by ColinS743 on January 22, 2017

Had such a nice stay at Jasmin Home, where Jitu, the owner, made us feel welcome and at home from the the moment we arrived. He kept the restaurant open for us even though we got there to check into the hotel right as the restaurant was closing. The rooms are the best part of the hotel, very large, well appointed with daybeds in the windows and comfy beds that are soft and cozy. The bathrooms are large and clean and have huge showers with rainfall showerheads and glass doors on the showers to keep the floor of the bathroom dry (a welcome change from most bathrooms in India). Just be sure to turn on your water heater switch in the bathroom to have hot water for your shower. An unexpected surprise was the complimentary shaving kit on the sink waiting for me, as I had forgotten my shaver in Jaipur. They also stock a toothbrush and toothpaste, a shower cap, lotion, and shampoo and soap. The restaurant food is excellent. If you are wanting some international cuisine, get the Chinese fried rice and vegetable noodles, and skip the pastas. And the restaurant has the most amazing view of Jaisalmer Fort. The location of the hotel is the only downside, on a narrow street on the outskirts of town (even then it's a short 10 minute drive to the Fort and Havelis (palaces) with free hotel provided cab service. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Stayed recently with my family on our holiday, must appreciate the way this hotel treat their guest, you wont feel you are away from home. The rooms are nice and clean with good views. Bathroom is good. Special mention for Jitendra, the owner who is a really wonderful guy and take all effort and ensure that all your need are addressed. Will recommend everyone .

A wonderful place to stay in Jaisalmer! A wonderful place to stay in Jaisalmer!

By far the best hotel we've stayed at during our trip to India. Jitendra and his team really made us feel at home; very accommodating, helpful and professional in every way. We went on a desert safari through Jasmin Home which was very well organized and stress free, the staff really took care of us and made the experience unique. The food is some of best we have eaten in India; made to order, freshly cooked with a huge variety of vegetarian dishes. The room itself was super cozy and clean, with a modern bathroom, wifi access and stunning views of the fort. The hotel is set a little back from the main tourist fort area, and is only a quick 10 minute walk away which gives you a lovely sense of peace and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our experi nice at Jasmin Home and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a cost place to stay and excellent value for money.

This was a really lovely place to stay with very pretty rooms and a simple but lovely dining area upstairs offering delicious breakfasts. Nothing was too much trouble for the delightful owners of this hotel. We were offered lifts into the centre of town whenever we wanted one. One of the highlights of our trip in Rajasthan was the overnight stay in the Thar desert organised by Jasmine Home. We were driven right into the desert, away from other tourists, and trekked by camel to our camping spot where we were served the most delicious meal made on the camp fire and slept under the stars in white bed linen! I would really recommend this lovely simple hotel and their desert trek.

This hotel is awesome. It is a little off at the edge of the city. But the people - especially the owner - are very nice and made us a pleasent stay. Also the food we got for dinner and breakfast was of very good quality. We definitely can recommend this place.
