Only on our arrival we came to know that the safari tent does not have a separate Toilet for each occupant and also it is not as safe as the other tent. We had to upgrade to Hut as the amount charged for the Swiss tent was exorbitant. The food served had only one Non-veg curry which was not sufficient for all the guest. It is one resort where I see that the Drivers of the taxi are allowed to freely roam inside the Camp at odd times,They are not provided separate area. We also observed that some of the huts were used by the Drivers of the Taxi as the rooms were vacant. Also the common toilets for the Safari camp and the Huts were used by the other local inhabitants. Also the place from where the camel ride is done has to be reached on our own vehicle. We had to pay extra Rs.200 to the taxi to reach that place.

Rawala camp, we had booked 2 safari tents.. what found were small(tiny) tents.. just two people can get in and sleep.. so had to upgrade to swiss tents paying extra 2100/- per tent per night.. again there is no running hot water.. only in morning they provide.. for our bad luck.. they said heater did not work.. so they provided one bucket.. of water.. again no professional service.. just. Location wise its 5/6 km before actual sand dunes.. it has both advantage and disadvantage. somewhat peaceful.. but u miss sanddunes..

Cultural programmes at night and bonfire that was great. Food was very bad in taste needs to improve a lot. We were staying in tent it was very spacious and finely cleaned. Staff and service was ok. Over all it was an average stay.

The staffs were very kind and polite in their work. Rooms were neat and clean but the facilities were missing in the room like shampoo, soap, towels etc. The hotel is located in a very peaceful place.

I stayed 2 nights at the end of the tourist season. I was the only guest and the site was filthy. The staff were pleasant and helpful as far as they could be but it wasn't enough! The laundry was dirty, bed was not clean, toilet had broken flush, light bulbs worse than candles, 1 cold tap only in sink (no hot water; it came in a bucket in the morning if I asked for it), fan had no plug on it (I was shown how to push bare wires in the wall socket to make it work!) I accidently found myself in the kitched when looking for help and was horrified! It was filthy with years of grime! I refused all food except fruit I could peel! Prior to seeing the kitchen, I thought the food was good! Definitely a place to avoid.

We have booked 7 luxury tent at Rawla Camp for the evening of 29 February 2016. We reached there at 4:30 PM. There was only one rude person, so called manage, at the sight. The weather was very warm. There were no fans in the tents. There was only one waiter. He took 50 minutes to install fans in the tents. Most of the fans were making more noise and giving no air. The cultural programme was no good. Neither was the food. In the morning both cold water and hot water taps were giving very hot water. We were totally disappointed.

They have given add about new year party . Mr Tarun Singh from hotel sidhi vinayak booked passes for our three families for 31 Dec 2015,charges were 3000 Rs /family.It was a totally fraud event,there was only one DJ and Bar counter-was selling the whiskey/bear/cold drinks,No food for families.No sitting arrangement,only mattress in sand.

its a good time for life time..the people and the Hospitality really superrrrr se Uppar ..Guarantee..the welcome, the sunset, the folk dance, ethinic dinner, morning tea , camel ride and the break fast.....The location was perfect... quite, peaceful . I would love to come back and visit it again.A special thanks to Mr. Pankaj Joshi...

Demo Trip Select a room at the mid portion of the Block. Visit the place with at least one additional family. Carry Search Light/Torch & Coffee maker as Dining Hall is a bit away and Room Service will not be prompt.
