We stayed as a group of 10 people with Treebo Sun Shine I booked the hotel through Booking.com, I got at least 2 calls from Treebo to reconfirm my booking which I thought was fair but one of the calls the sales rep was insistent on paying 30% advance, I declined firmly. When we reached, there was no electricity and no power back up available, literally stayed for the first couple of hours on candles ! When we, along with other guest raised a lot of noise the guy switched on the generator - guess what they were waiting for it to get dark for the Genset to be started, gives you a flavour of their mind set. The guy at the reception seems helpless and oblivious to the pain customer is going through, poor chap tried to resolve the issues but they are so many I won't even try and illustrate those. We were told that the restaurant is on the same floor as our room, well they have it on the roof top and I had 4 very senior citizens travelling with me and they were forced to climb stairs because, we shifted our rooms to the first to find out that their restaurant was not functional. There were numerous such surprises and contradictions through out our stay, we were stuck as most of the other places were sold out. I would strongly recommend that you give this place a miss, they are not professional and the place is completely mis managed.
