Ramada @ Jalandhar is yet another good hotel one can choose to stay in a budget. The Food was good, rooms are ok and the stay was comfortable but to be very honest the services need improvement. The staff needs to be pro-active instead of reactive to the needs of the guests. This could actually make a lot of difference and can give an edge to this hotel over others in the same categories.

We visited the hotel restaurant for dinner. It is best hotel.We had a great evening. The food was of well quality. The service was awesome.The restaurant ambience is fantastic.The hotel is in the heart of city having equidistance between railway station as well International bus stand.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights over the course of some weddings I was attending in India. Some of the pro's are - clean rooms, cheap room service for food and breakfast buffet included in bookings. Cons (outweighing) - staff have trouble understanding requests, you have to explain things to them several times, and I speak Hindi/Punjabi and English and had a challenge. Another con is that this hotel is a bit of a walk from anything, there is really nothing much nearby unlike the Radisson down the road which has a few nearby malls etc., therefore everything requires taxi transportation - and the hotel taxi was ripping me off almost 4x as much as a normal cab until I found out what the actual rates I should have been paying were. The WORST however is the shockingly poor connectivity of this hotel. The wi-fi is TERRIBLE. Forget staying at this hotel if you want any internet. I had no local sim at the time and naturally like most hotels expected to have wi-fi and internet. It never worked and if it did, it dropped out as soon as I got to my room. I called reception several times to ask what the problem is and was greeted with several excuses such as the weather, the technician had a day off and 'try again in 3 hours'. With such poor connectivity, I tried contacting relatives overseas only to find that the phone goes engaged when dialling overseas, despite their handbooks providing instructions on dialling overseas. There is also a 'business centre' in the lobby which costs 100rs. per hour that I had to use several times due to the poor internet, but that itself was like a 256k connection. Decent, but next time would rather stay at a more professionally serviced hotel which can meet standard requirements.

Excellent, worth to visit with family and for businees meetings. very hygiene.. supporting staff. Better parking. Close to the road.. food is so delicious . Well managing . Structure and interior is so good .

The overall visit was comfortable. Good points: Bed Comfortable. Room Service excellent. Door Staff most helpful with directions and general knowledge of the area. Areas of concern The room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. Glass stains on bedside table and next to the vanity basin. Bathroom walls had mould on them, including around the shower base and walls. One of the pillows was stained which was very noticeable. The pillow had been turned over not to show the stain. The bathroom bin appears never to have been cleaned either inside or out. The coasters in the bathroom had not been changed to new ones. They were discoloured. The towels are supposed to be white. However, they are grey in colour. This means that they are not washed with a whitener/bleach. The internet service is appalling. The system is not stable and was limited to the number of users according to the notification I received one evening when logging on. This service should be one of the most prioritised. Many people travel and rely on the services offered in a hotel. This was quite disappointing. Other: Many people travel from other parts of the world. Having a proper power adapter to cater for power supply should be offered to guests. The only power adapter available at the hotel was not working. Therefore, it also tells me that the hotel does not check it appliances, to ensure they are working or even compliant with electrical standards.
