There was no overhead shower in room and the only adjustable shower was in a bad shape. I literally had to hold it in one hand and take bath with another. Hope rooms are checked aby people concerned before guests check in

Ramada was chosen over the likes of Cabbana resorts, radisson etc, primarily for the price difference & availability. Wow, what an opportunistical discovery. So good, we stayed there twice in 4 weeks The location is superbly central, it is clean, safe, well secure, and probably most noticeably, run by well mannered and respectful staff. The approach to the hotel including the lobby was one of elegance, with a relaxing aroma floating around and grand seating arrangements. Door staff including luggage attendants, Rajendra & Anoop were courteous and efficient no doubt. Upon checking in, and throughout both stays, Ravi, Sapna and Sumeet at front desk were honourable hosts to the guests. The true understanding of any of our needs were at the very least met with undivided attention, with impeccable etiquette. Thanks to all 3 . The Gym & Spa services are also a good facility for the hotel guests, as well as for the local rich uncle jis who like to have a spa soak and chatter with fellow rich Jalandhar gents! Thanks to Naeem, the Gym manager, for his attentive time to show around the facilities. By the way, the rooftop pool is quite cool too. Early morning is the best time to take advantage as later evening it gets busy. But boy is the buffet breakfast and dinner luxurious, although dinner option is quite expensive even in NRI terms, but I guess most decent hotels charge these kind of figures. But the buffet breakfast- outstanding spread of traditional north and south Indian menu as well as contemporary western tastes too. You willnot be disappointed. You definitely wont go hungry, i can promise! The breakfast team are also a real credit to Ramada Jalandhar. We honesty were spoilt with attention and service. Special thanks to Sonam and Onkar Singh, both are genuinely nice individuals. To sum it up, 100% I will be staying here on my next visit. The cleanliness, the service and the nice atmosphere of this impressive hotel has succeeded in making me and all associated families permanent customers for the future.

This is a luxury hotel and was very clean. Sumeet Guleira was answered all my questions and was very helpful with my stay and he knew everything about Punjab. The restaurant had great food as well. The hotel is close to Model Town, here you will find all the good restaurants and shops.

I chose ramada as it was recommended by a colleague. My stay was for 2 nights however it is pretty short time to judge any property when you specifically stay for night time only. Based on services provided by hotel. I must say they were quick, let it be any request to housekeeping, room service. Room was neat and spacious. Front desk was helpful and polite, most the people I met with were very helpful and available round the clock. Food is one very important aspect, I tried their buffet as well as in room dining. It consist of quality with right quantity and good presentation. If I'll have plan for upcoming trip to this place ramada will be my preference.

Drainage issue in Bathroom House keeping staff took it very lightly saying so what, we will get it clean now but why was it not cleaned in the first place. Complained the same at reception too but no response from them either. Not expected this from Ramada
