I think this property is not worthy of being three star. The room, room service & the food were all basic. We felt its a below average property.

We are very happy with our stay here. The location was prime, the ambiance was terrific. My room was clean & comfortable, the room service were brisk. Also the food served was delicious. This is an above average property for sure.

The service was good and fast. Room quality was good not excellent. The person at the reception was helpful. We ordered for food, the food was nice. The room keeping boys did not bring the food bill every time after meal or if necessary got it when next order was placed. Overall it was a nice stay in the hotel and service was good.

The receptionist was good and helpful. The boy helped us with our baggage. The lift was out of order which became difficult and tiring to get up and down the stairs. Hot water was provided when asked for. The foot mat in room no.222 was slippery. Room service was not bad. The tea and coffee was good. The saying "Ask and you will receive" this was the attitude. The room rates were reasonable and on the whole we had a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for its reasonable rates and service.

Hotel Chanda has gone way down in its services as compared to what is was few years ago. The service & staff is not that great & the food is also something which you cannot look out for. In terms of location, this is situated near the city but not very close.

The hotel is really a big black mark on the name of "Hotel" .Service is too poor ,they don`t even provide what they promise ,Maintenance is horrible !! The rooms and the halls are dirty and stinky.The geysers don`t work .The wood paint is worn out. Lift is also out of order from several months. I booked a party with my family members .The menu items were changed automatically by the hotel staff .the crockery and the serving bowls chairs tables etc are all old and broken ,had lost their shine. Even booking a tent house wala provides better service .The staff is really unprofessional !!

I was staying Hotel chanda so many times in last 20 years, while on my Business trip. The hotal was good and maintained in its early period; But now a days the Hotel is in very weak situation AC;s was not working properly. Other appliance were also not working properly. The lift is out of order from a long time.

28 th of november 2013 at 10 pm,i called from srilanka to chandra park hotel reception,and told that i need a room for three days.from reception he told call later.i asked what time to call.then he said call at 10.45 pm.then i told ok i will call next day morning.so on 29 th of novbember i call more than 30 times.but from reception NO ATTEND THE CALL.is dis way to the curtecy to your guests.very shame on hetel.dis was happen to me on eggmore chandra park hotel.

We stayed here from 26th Oct'12 to 27th Oct'12. I had done a booking on net as no other hotel was available through internet and i did not find the names of any other hotels. The hotel is old, undergoing rennovation and not suitable for stay at all. Actually should not give rooms to people when the hotel management is not capable of attending to the customers. The lift, geyser, A/C was non - functional. We had to climb two stairs to reach the given rooms on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was tasteless and the whole atmosphere seemed gloomy and dusty. Only the location is good - near to the Jhansi Fort.
