It was not up to the mark of 3 star hotel. Waiters were not on their uniform. A/C was not working all time. The reason given was power cut,but it was strange that the lift was working. The person at the reception asked to pay 5% extra on the final bill of dinning. The reason gave that since you have booked through website hence we charge 5% extra on my subsequent denial to pay anything extra from the bill of dinning,did he said O.K! thanks!
