DID NOT STAY AT HOTEL......Although we were shifted from the hotel we had booked into because of some hotel maintenance problem,the staff at the hotel and concerned official of travel guru handled the problem in a very courteous manner.This has given a positive image in our mind that travel guru cares for it's customer . In future we plan to book our holidays through travel guru.

The stay was excellent in this hotel. Room was well furnished with beautiful interiors. Staffs were helpful with friendly nature. I had my breakfast in the hotel it was lovely taste.

Jodhpur is small town comparatively, according to the standards Mapple abhay was good property. The quality of room, service and the food was decent. Its recommendable for others.

Rooms here are good,clean and spacious. But the services are not . There isn't much staff for any of the assistance you need. No one to take our luggage a gaurd at times doubles up as the guy to help you with your luggage till the elevator and then you are on your own. Free wifi here is a gimick.. as their wifi will not work inside your room. Reception will seldom have enough staff. Dining area also is short of staff and the options for brealfast are limited to just 3 things!!

Four years have passed since I last stayed here: what have they done to this hotel? When I stayed here in late 2012, The Mapple Hotel, (btw, considering the hotels Canadian-looking leaf logo, should it be spelt The Maple ?), was an adequate enough place to stay. It was a reasonably comfortable hotel where to grab a shower and a comfortable bed after a long days work. Not anymore we couldnt stay here at all. From the moment we walked in we were confronted by the dirtiness and the smell of the place. It looked like the carpets hadnt been cleaned in the last four years. There were stains and dirt everywhere we looked. The scratched and shabby door to our room opened to reveal a floor adrift with fluff and hair on it; stale air and an air conditioner that was not functioning properly; windows that we could not open; a mildewed bathroom. We werent sure whether the sheets were fresh, but when we lifted the corner of the mattress off the bed base and had a look, we got a shock oh, the filth! I had booked two rooms for three nights, a considerable expense which had been paid up front and which I chose to forfeit. We just slept elsewhere. I dont usually review places that I dislike, or that simply dont impress me unless they are so bad that I feel the need to warn fellow travellers. This is the case here.

We were given this hotel by Cox and King as a part of Rajasthan tour package. I regret my decision to accept this hotel. Even govt guest houses as better then this. For breakfast nobody will serve you water. Most of the time you will get disposable glass and Cups for tea. Restaurant area is not cleared with all the used plates dumped in a crate. No service at all.

Besides providing poor service, bland breakfast they add fictional tariffs to your bills and if you don't take a close or in a hurry look you will be misguided to pay extra. After several follow ups via mail or phone they won't provide you the clarifications for things such as additional/difference tariffs with no explanation on the bill just a idiotic tariff head number.

Good stay and well maintained. The quality of food is great and special mention for breakfast. The fort can be viewed from the hotel. Service can definitely improve. Within city limits and close to city centre.
