The location of the hotel is outside city the staff behavior was also good at the hotel. Overall it was a good stay at the hotel I will rate this hotel as above average. I will recommend this hotel to my friends for future bookings.

The room was neat and spacious....the pool was nice and clean... wifi should be free - its an international standard...

This lovely and peaceful hotel is about 10 km from the city .We had a Lovely welcome and a refreshing drink. Check-in and check-out was quick .Staff very friendly .Rooms are large and comfortable and has free Wifi . The grounds are huge with a tennis court and badminton area and a large swimming pool. The gym was fantastic. Breakfast was great .We really enjoyed our stay here .

What a disappointment! The drive up to the hotel promised so much. The building and grounds looked fantastic, but then Basil and Manuel appeared. On the way to the restaurant we were surprised to find more paint on the tiled floors than on the walls. The same was true the following day when the painters moved to the external canopy. Again, more paint on the floor and on the painters than on the canopy. But that wasn't the end. Attempts to get a drink in the bar ended with "Fawlty Towers" farce when the "bartender" struggled to open a bottle of beer, using a bottle opener. Serious improvements required!!!!

We stayed at this hotel early November and booked 4 rooms. Hotel is around 10 to 15 mins away from main City on Ajmer road. Reception & waiting area of the hotel is wonderful. Rooms were very nice as well and swimming pool is good too. Only issue I found was during breakfast service was very slow and most of the things were missing. Few times even there were no glasses & mugs for tea or coffee. I ordered tea and it took nearly 40 minutes to get tea during breakfast which I think bit too much considering standard of hotel. It was the same issue on other day well. Breakfast area was understaffed.

First of all we found out, upon arrival that it was a private party in the center garden. It was still going on til late night hours and it was like trying to sleep next to a discoteque as it was just 2-3 m from our window (along with all the other rooms facing the center garden). Everything looked big and impressive at a glance, but details where lacking as well as proper cleaning and maintenance (almost no drainage in the sink). Service as also very slow as we tried to order meals through room service 4 times by phone without getting any answer. We finally called the information desk and were promissed that they would ask room service to call us. Almost 2 hours from our first call we couldn't wait anymore and had to walk to the restaurant to put in the order. It took us a total of 2,5 hours to get the lunch. Must mention that the hotel is conveniently located well outside the city so that their restaurant is the only option for food. Noticable is also that their fresh juice was dilluted and in our case caused some unneccesary bounding to toilet facilities.

The staff at this hotel are very ignorant,unhelpful and don't have a clue how to keep a customer happy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Although the rooms are lovely, the let down was the bathrooms need updating, shower wasn't working properly even after I complained, never bothered to solve the problem. The restaurant is definitely a no no, I don't think they have a clue about customer in this area, even the locals staying here were complaining about their service, customers were literally shouting for a cup of tea which took forever to be served. I complained to the manager and I was told they would make my stay comfortable which they tried by offering me a meal which I had to pay for but they served me under the moonlight which was very nice but spoilt the service at breakfast. I am sorry to say this hotel needs a lot of improvement where customer service is concerned. I will not go to this Hotel again if I visit India again. They claim this is a 5 star hotel, I don't think so. Maybe a 2 star
