Location wise it was a better situated hotel compare to the others in the same locality. The view was elegant and property was massive. The room was clean and proper and staff was helpful. We ordered the dinner in the hotel but it was quite average. Overall it was a great stay.

This is a decent property. Our double room was basic and there were mosquitoes in the room. The room service was quite active. Also the food served was good to taste. This is an average property.
Rooms are well maintained.geyser is slow but working.spotless bedsheet.restaurant is good but little bit costly. Exactly 600 mts from motor stand. Staff helpful.view is very good from varanda.keep in mind that place is very lonely after evening.

same .dont stay .avoid this place. hotel bellus on lease to this hotel they might put you there which is horrible. nobody at reception you will find one water cum bell boy known as man friday who is bihari and one cook wh0 are running the show, no hot water or drinking water avlb in room no aqua guard avlb in cook house. cockroach lying in corridor
Very Poor Hospitality

I was staying there end of May 2017 with my family, first of all they denied my booking which was made through one reputed travel portal, after contacting that travel portal and explain their attitude they gave us one very poor quality room. Whereas I had paid for Double bed deluxe room. There was no room service at all, they have one so called restro but you cant get food from there. If you like to take dinner then you have to order before 5 pm after that they will not accept your order. Overall experience with this hotel was so bad, I will never recommended this hotel anyone.

The hotel is a very good place to stay in the heart of Kalimpong. I had a very good experience in the hotel. The restaurant is good and the food are very tasty. You can views the mountain from the window. I really recommend to stay here.

My family stayed in Tres hotel on 14th March. Very good and helpful front office person. Excellent dinner and service. Hotel is very close to market. Lots of vegetation around. It is homely, quite and neat place. Will recommend to my friends.
