We had booked 3 rooms and went there on friend's recomendation who use to stay during his business trip. The hotels as such is decent and food is good. They have no trained staff and whatever staff they have are too less to manage the hotel. Although the boys are good. Maintenance Issues Rooms are decent but no idea of room maintenance. When we checked in we had to ask them to clean the rooms. The electric kettle was never cleaned and we had to wash it properly to use it. The bathrooms are decent but in our room the seat of cummode was broken and in other room the tap was broken. It seems owner never visited the rooms to check condition. During our stay the curtain rod fallen out and we intimated them at 9 am and went on sightseeing and when we returned at 7 PM nothing was done and when I checked at 8 PM they told me that maintenance guy is not available and we are busy with the preparation of 31st night. On insistance one of the staff made a temporary repair which they could have done during the day. The food was good but service was pathetic, no water on tables Unreliable Reception Staff We had to leave at 6 am next day and wanted them to finalize all Bill's the previous night but nothing was done. Since hotel had limited Parking space we told the owners son and his cousin ensured that they will have all the car keys so that in morni h they can clear the passage for our cars. They shared their numbers for any help in morning. At 6 am when I came out in lobby the main door was open, no staff or no guard was there, we searched the entire hotel but could not locate a single staff in 1 hour. It was shocking that any intruder could have easily entered in any part of the hotel so where is the security.? Finally at 0745 staff emerged and told me that he was not aware that we had to leave at 6 and he had to serve tea and some light breakfast. The owners son n cousin their phones were switched off and they left for their home in Chamba in night. We had to wake up other guests to collect their car keys and clear the parking are ourselves to take the cars out. It was frustrating to see the careless behaviour of the hotel management. Finally we managed to leave at 8 am, we lost 2 hours to find out the solution You need to decide if the hotel is feasible for u.
