the room was comfortable and clean. very well arranged and bathroom was also hygienic and well stocked. Room service was indeed quick and staff very courteous. Will definitely revisit if the opportunity arises again

This is a clean and neat hotel in Kanchipuram. Decent size rooms, well kept. Staff is courteous. The only disappointment is the service in the restaurant. They seem to be understaffed. So be prepared for delays when the restaurant is fairly full of people. Further, the buffet breakfast is limited in choice. In any case, it is possibly the best hotel in Kanchipuram.

We had come on a temple tour from the UK and stayed in this place recently - the food here was a cut above indeed! They had tailor made food to help with our requirements ( diabetic , hence obliged us with making roti s etc). The buffet menu was also excellent with a wide spread and the chief chef Mr.Ganesh takes care to ensure the items are delicately spiced whilst retaining the traditional taste .

This hotel is in the heart of the city, in a very crowded and congested area. The main gate is on the main road, but one has to go through a narrow way and there is not much space for parking. The front desk is too slow and even rude too. There is only one person answering the phones and looking after check in formalities, which made us to stand for quite a long time. He was seen even arguing with us for a very general query. Rooms are small and congested and are not maintained well. The view from the window is horrible; we could see the backside of another hotel where all their kitchen waste is seen. Too many sounds from the near by places spoiled our sleep. Prices of the room service are exorbitant and the breakfast is also not good. The choice is less and most of the food served is cold. Staff at the dining hall is extremely rude and they took literally 40 mnts to get a cup of coffee. When asked about the delay there was a rude reply. During the second day of our stay we saw them serving stale chutneys and idlis. So beware of it. Omelet and Dosa are available only if you remember to ask/request them. Another specialty of this hotel is that, they hardly replace the food in the empty containers at the breakfast buffet, so we have to go a bit early to have proper breakfast. We chose this hotel after reading the reviews in the trip advisor but for the first time we were disappointed. I will not prefer this hotel if I visit Kanchi again.

Recently on our visit to Kanchipuram , we stayed in this property for two days... Wow..!! One of the best property I have ever seen... Excellent ambience, friendly receptionists, the floorings were soo adoring, the rooms are quite spacious and well furnished, the speed of wifi was quite medicore, the rooms were well wooden furnished..The asthetics were soo cool, the air-conditioning was the best.. overall we had a excellent stay here...!!!

The hotel is not on the main road so it is quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. The restaurant has good vegetarian options. Breakfast is also good with lot of mixed options. Overall wonderful stay. They have shuttle service to and from airport with extra charge.
