I have given a 1-star rating as a negative rating isn't possible. We had booked the accommodation via GoIbibo a month before our date of journey to celebrate our anniversary; however, due to some personal emergencies (don't want to disclose to the hotelier) we had to cancel our trip a week prior to the date of travel. Even with a week in hand, we did not receive a refund even after multiple requests from us and GoIbibo team and a whopping 15k was charged without any services provided by the hotelier. We requested to charge a cancellation fee and refund the rest; however, it fell on hoteliers deaf ears. This is blatant Dacoitry and unscrupulous use of position and power!
I would recommend everyone within my reach as well as people reading this post to avoid their stay at Jungle King resort as your emergencies won't be considered.
Also would like to inform the hotelier that all personal emergencies are not of medical in nature. Hope you never have to go through such situations!
Update as of 1st Mar'25:
Based on the hotelier's input of a credit line for 45 days, please note that the situation at my end is not going to get addressed within 45 days and we cannot plan for any more trips in this year at the least.
Furthermore, a person pays for an accommodation to have a pleasant stay and service, neither of which we have availed but have paid in full. I understand that you are going by the policies mentioned and believe me we wanted to have a good trip to your place, but this has turned into nothing but harassment as we have been following up to get the amount reversed since the last 10-12 days, bases a humanitarian ground.
We can agree to a nominal cancellation charge but holding off the entire amount (~15k) is taking undue advantage of someone's misery which is not expected from a 3+ star rated accommodation, even with enough time in hand for you to accommodate someone else.

Had an excellent stay.
They provide luggage trollies for luggage pickup from vehicle and drop to room and do the same during checkout. Food was awesome. Rooms are neat and clean and beautiful and spacious.
They also provide shower gel and moisturiser and clean towels.
The property also has swimming pool which is well maintained. Hot water is available in the bathroom all the times.

This is a very good resort, I personally liked it very much, the food here is very good, break fast, lunch, dinner is very tasty, their hospitality is very good, the rooms are very good, the hospitality of the resort is very good, I can never forget it, the behavior of the owner manager or staff is also very good, everything in the room is nice, the bathroom also has the facility of hot or cold water, over all, this is a good resort. I would highly recommend this resort to every tourist who goes there.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! A big thanks to Tabish Sir for providing exceptional service in every aspect’be it jungle safari, night safari, or sharing in-depth jungle knowledge.
I booked the King Suite for 5 nights and did 9 jungle safaris, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. The resort’s location is perfect, just 10 minutes away from Khatiya Gate, which provides easy access to the core jungle zone. Staying here truly feels like being in the heart of nature!
The property is spacious, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery, making it a great place to unwind. Food quality was excellent, and the staff was extremely humble and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Service was top-notch!
If you’re planning a trip to the jungle, I highly recommend staying here for a truly immersive experience! ’’’’’’

We stayed in this resort for 2 days. The resort is very well built. It has been decorated very well. The rooms were also well maintained. We had taken 3 rooms but the bathroom of room 1 (505) was very bad and not maintained at all. The ACs in all three rooms were old windows ACs. Hot water service was available.Room service was very slow and on calling room service, someone new would always answer the call and had to explain again what was ordered. Took 45 minutes for 3 teas and 3 coffees.The food in the restaurant was okay. While eating, there was a family playing games and laughing loudly causing a lot of chaos. When told to the manager, he said that he is the owner of the resort. We asked to tell him that the customers are facing problem but he said, we cannot call the owner. Got a strange answer.
The pricing seemed high compared to rooms and service.
