Please read carefully.You can go for booking any hotel,I mean literally any hotel but not this. If you want to save yourself from embarrassment,dirty and pathetic feeling and excruciating pain, mentally as well as physically, this is not an option.I was looking if I could rate -1 , but it seems TripAdvisor does not have this option. I checked in this hotel seeing a good infrastructure and a shining floor which gave me an impression that the hotel is clean as well as hygiene is also taken care.But it was all a mask.The lift has no sensors.U get injured again and again.Out of 2 only 1 lift works.The rooms were dirty which means we were allotted the rooms as soon as people left.Finally we request for change of bed sheet and pillow covers and they send the "fresh pieces".The fresh bed sheet contain stains along with hairs, the fresh pillow covers had saliva marks/drooling stains in all over the covers(thank god i carried my own bed sheet), the blanket cover had blood stains.Yes, every bit is true whatever you are reading, nothing is exaggerated.And the epic is you get to see used condoms under the bed. Lets come to discuss bathroom: U enter the bathroom and you will see biotic shampoo(small) and Biotic liquid soap(small) but don't let yourself get cheated on seeing this only. When you turn around, you will see bundles of hairs are clogging the water passage area. There is no geyser-so no question of hot water and guess wat - we travelled in November.And if you see the pot , it seems it has not been cleaned since ages. There are permanent marks in the pot. The rooms does have a TV but without cable. On thousands of request , they may do a favor and make channels available for you.But it again depends on their mood. Many of you who are reading this must be thinking that i got the worst room of the hotel.Let me tell you, I booked 10 rooms in the hotel for 4 days as it was the marriage.And the above is applied on every rooms.5 rooms in 1 floor and 5 in the top.We thought that we can offer a pleasant stay to my relatives but me and my family had to go through every kind of embarrassment.The hotel is full of mosquitoes and they do not care to provide all out. because they do not have it.On requesting of bed sheet change, sorry Ma'am we do not have it. You are left speechless when your relatives show blood marks on the yellowish blanket cover(which was white once upon a time).There is nothing called room service.nobody comes trust me.I request all my readers before booking to go through every review before you book any hotel.This was my stay in sb castle with 10 rooms for 4 days . :(

A good option A good option

Was here in occasion of a family function. Due to near buy construction there is a little mess in reaching at hotel but as soon you step in, there is a nice ambiance. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Rooms are quite big and bedding was very much comfortable. Overall a good experience staying here. Food arranged at its hall section was good in taste.

it is a best place ,good service experience, and place where we feel homely and taken care of. The staff is nice and cooperative, foodquality is good and feels amazing The pricing is suitable and relevant.

Third class! Third class!

An absolutely third class hotel in terms of its room service. Apparently they use Tata Sky in all their room TVs and recharge the account only when a guest checks into the room. I happened to call the room service 3 to 4 times over a period of 4 hrs but the person used to come, check the connection, say that it has to be recharged and then walk out apologizing and saying it will be done soon but it never happened. This hotel must be shut down at the soonest.

Overall staff is good and cooperative, a good hotel in Kanpur. Location is good and suites the price range. The services are good and satisfying the customers . The quality of food is also commendable.
