The hotel is located very close to Kanyakumari most visited spot but not advise to stay.. Not worth to stay... dirty toilets. 20 years old furniture.. bad smell...No lift.. verry poor customer service.. Appears like the hotel management not intrested to run the busimess...

- First off, the hotel is very very very poorly maintained. - No lift. - They realize no cost separation between rooms, everything for them is A/C or non-A/C. That is all. They have Super Deluxe A/C category in their list on cleartrip, but they claim they only know that someone has booked a room, they don't know it is in what category they've booked. - Rooms are unclean, sand everywhere on the floor, small cockroaches lurking around, pigeon poo and feathers in the balcony, fish smell all around the bathroom, filthy bedsheets, two single beds combined together for a couple. OMG. - We wanted to cancel the room after looking at the condition of the room, but couldn't as per cleartrip's regulations. So had to spend the night there. - There is a fish fry place below the hotel and all the stink from there gets into the hotel rooms. It's a NIGHTMARE considering we're vegetarians and hate fish smell to the core. - There are dozens of good hotels around the beach place. Please go for one of them instead. Don't book this place out of the '24-hour checkout' option provided by it.

I have booked a non-ac room in this hotel for 1800 INR through makemytrip. A BIG BIG MISTAKE. As rooms were available at half the price if someone did the check-in directly!! Before going for pros and cons, a GOOD GESTURE from hotel staff is worth mentioning. After check-out, we kept our belongings in the hotel and went for sight-seeing. When we came back, we were in desperate need to freshen up as Kanyakumari's hot and humid weather had taken a toll. Hotel staff offered us one of the rooms in ground floor. That was really kind. One extra star for this :) Pros: 1. Good location. Near to the ferry point, temple and market. 2. Good parking space. 3. 24hrs check-out 4. Rooms are decent. Cons: 1. As part of room service, we just ordered a bottle of drinking water and it costs 40 INR. Needless to say, we didn't order anything else. 2. Hotel has got 3-4 floors but there is no lift facility. Overall, if you have booked the room at original price, hotel is value for money. Else, not recommended.

I reached hotel by 3 rd jan morning.waited more than one hour to get my was there but it is not functioning.water heater in the room was also not working.the replay from the hotel staff was that electrician is not available.the only advantage of this hotel is it is near by the temple.i wont suggest this hotel for family trip..

Pros- 1. Large rooms 2. Very near to the beach 3. Easy access to the market shops Cons- 1. Very dirty place, they don clean the room after the guests check out the room 2. Manager's and staff's behavior was pathetic 3. Phones were not working 4. We did not get drinking water and I ha to go outside to purchase water 5. When I asked for towels and soap, the manager hesitated to give those. In short, don't go there until you have any other option in Kanyakumari.

Demo Trip The hotel front desk does not have service boys to provide towels and toileteries to the rooms and when reminded they request the boarder to collect personally. So better avoid the hotel or take the ground floor room if no other option is there.
