Location wise hotel is good. Very close to beach and rate is reasonable. Maintenance is o.k and no problems on that. Food is O.k nothing great about that. Scope of improvement in service is there as during lunch time service was slow. Number of kitchen staff is too low.

The food is bad. While booking the breakfast is said to be complimentary. But when there are few passengers there is no buffet & break fast is limited. There is mismanagement in kitchen one or the other item gets over while having breakfast which is not replenished immediately. There was no cleaning of rooms for three days while stayed. Travellers should avoid this hotel.

The hotel has one of the best locations in Kanya Kumari and a short walk from every place of note. For a price of 2000 we got a a/c suite, meaning a very large bedroom, attatched dressing room and toilet, with complimentary breakfast. To top it, a 20% discount is paid in cash on check out as we are Senior Citizen. What could be a better deal! I must add that this price and discount is for off season only. The problem is with the maintenance and upkeep. No one checks the room to see that all appliances work. Lights are fused, fan regulators do not work. You complain, and receive the preposterous response that someone has gone to Nagercoil, some 70 KMS away, to buy a replacement tube light. The mirror in the dressing room has got spoilt, you cannot see your face clearly. Room service is the responsibility of an assigned Room Boy, and he is not always available; and lame excuses are offered when questioned. Given all this, I will still choose to stay here again, if only for the location, cost and spacious accommodation.

Booked a family room.Check-in was smooth. The family block is in the back side and donot offer sea-view. Double rooms offer seaview.Family rooms are quite spacious with two bathrooms in it.Breakfast coupons for two days were given to us during check in.Food was average in the resturant as compared to TTDC Rameswaram.The staff was co-operative.But be aware,most of the room service people are old,they get drunk during their duty hours and they stink like anything.Over all had pleasent stay of two days.

This was the same hotel that I stayed in both the times during my visit to Kanyakumari, and even though I hardly remember my first stay in 2009, I remember that it was a pleasant one. Their general rooms are primarily sea-facing, unlike the Family Rooms / Bungalows, which I did not know while booking the hotel. Our Family Room was 303, which was near the entrance of the hotel, right next to (or below) the Lighthouse. Here's the review of that: DATES STAYED: 29th to 31st Oct, 2016 ROOM: Triple-bedded and Spacious, just that the placement of the furniture made the experience congested, but that's no problem at all. It was well-lit, and peacocks were petted right behind this two-storey building. This was a non-AC room. Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem at night, but it is expected, because there are many trees around. We celebrated Lakshmi Poojan in this room in 2016 :) something that we will always remember. ROOM SERVICE: Just that we had to ask for things - drinking water, towels, soaps, etc. It is only then that we were provided with the same, but that's fine. However, they neither understood nor gave us mosquito coils or mats despite asking. There was a lizard, which they could not get rid of from our room. They tried their best in moving the beds, etc., but it didn't help. PEACOCKS: The Peacocks compensated for the non-sea-view location. Those birds lit up my Diwali. You can watch the peacocks' photos and videos on my website that I captured. COST: Quite high, I would say, for non-AC, room's non-sea-view location, and mosquitoes. However, they have a direct gate that opens near the View Tower, and which connects you to the main sight-seeing spot of Kanyakumari. That was very convenient for us. OVERALL: I wouldn't regret staying here, because it was my second time, and I knew that they have it well-maintained. Peacocks were a surprise to me, and like I said, it was the delight of staying here. If I ever return here, it will only be for the Peacocks, but I'm not sure if I'll travel to Kanyakumari for the third time :)
