The stay was worst in this hotel. Rooms were dirty not cleaned properly. Staffs used to take 1 hour to serve the food in the room and the food was pathetic in taste.

The hotel is in good setting which in the middle of some forest and hilly area. But the rooms are not that good. Bathroom is infested with cockroaches, ants, frogs etc. Menu items for dinner are very much limited. Room Wi-Fi (free) is advertised but the signal does not reach in the rooms. One has to be in the lobby to access internet. Power back up is there but it is not turned on manually. We saw only one person who was doing cooking, serving food, doing other chores which take lots of time to serve all the people when there are lots of people come for breakfast. Overall rating: Between bad and average. Things can be really improved. The surroundings are good and one can close to the natural. Sights seeing to nearby places are very hard due to very bad approach roads.

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. We booked it last moment during our 3 weeks south india trip. The group consisted of my Polish friend from Sydney another friend from Kolkata my wife and me. All of us loved the place on arrival, as it is in the lap of nature, very peaceful and calm. Ideal place to rest. The rooms were nice clean and well maintained. We decided to extend our stay upon arrival and the owner Mr Raju gave us a discount of 300 rs per room on the last days stay. We had a great time till the last evening when the below shocking experience changed our experience completely. We gave our clothes to be cleaned and my foreigner guests fav pant was burnt while ironing. We found the pant was quite damaged and we went to tell this to the reception. Mr Raju was in the desk and denied any responsibility for this. Instead of providing any compensatio for a 70$ pant he started harrassing us. He said we could leave his property without paying anything. We owed him around 15k so my friend politely told him rather than taking off the whole amount off he can give us a discount on the last night. Mr Raju was already angry and shouting at his staff he suddenly started shouting at me and my friend. He said we will not be allowed to leave the property unless we pay full amount. We figured out he is an unreasonable person and basic courtesy when he faced with a problem is next to impossible. Rather than carrying on this argument we payed the full amount. NOW THE DRAMA GETS MORE INTENSE. ONCE WE SETTLE THE BILL IN FULL HE AGAIN BRINGS BACK THE SAME TOPIC AND THREATNS US TO LOCK US IN OUR ROOMS AND NOT ALLOW US TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY NEXT MORNING. WE WERE TIRED AND PISSED OFF. WE TOLD HIM HE CAN DO WHAT EVER HE WANTS TO DO WE DONT CARE. AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL SEND PEOPLE TO OUR ROOM AND A LOT OF OTHER THREATS. We left the mad man and went to our room, next morning we left the property early. By the grace of god no further drama. This is my first review here in trip advisor but we travel a lot in and around the country and world but never faced such a situation to deal with mad owners. Finally the property is nice place is amazing but run by a crazy mad man. So be careful from Mr Raju. Sir Mr Raju we wish you well and hope you get better soon. Cheers Dwaipayan

Stayed there for a night with family. Nice property but still being constructed - Rooms are unfinished, cheap tiles, large bathroom but pathetic fittings, sunroof in the bathroom is covered just with a cheap wiremesh... In all looks like they have tried to give it an ethnic look but ran out of money and 'somehow made it livable'... The worst part is the Management of the property - looks like homerun with 3 people managing the entire setup. The receptionist is also the cook, the bellboy is a child & the 3rd person seems to be the owner himself. Food is served in disposable plates with hardly any options to choose from.. Very limited Breakfast is served cold at 9 in the morning. Overall, nice calm location but does not even offer basic living facilities. We thanked our luck that we planned this for 1 night only

Good property , but lack of proper professional management , to reach this place is not so easy. When we reached there , we really shocked to see the so called" reception" two kids playing Internet and eating!!! After 5 minutes somebody came with improper dress and open a note book and looking for our booking !! In fact I booked through AGODA , they should not keep such property in their list!!!except their local restaurant no other means of food!!! The so called owner Mr. Raju so arrogant and we saw he is arguing with another group driver and finally he denied food for that driver!!! They have a swimming pool quite big but not cleaned - may be since last 6 months!!!'Surrounding is full of farm , even you can see peacock . We really appreciate if the owner take care this property with an experienced professional manager

let me warn u on t...dont even think of going here....the resort is run by a family...only 3 ppl are at ur service...very very poor...and no current throughout the day,the generator is switched on only in the night...the rooms are terrible but a bit clean...The road that leads to the resort is more than terrible....its an idiotic hotel..i dnt know for what he charges so much there...they say the swimming pool is the largest in tn but ts a garbage...useless... they said they would offer me an ac room but even the fan was not working pply... when we asked the mngmt about this,they said u wont require an ac here...then for what the hell did they charge more for an ac room???and i am surprised that makeytrip advertises for them...horrible man!!!we stayed there jus for the night and left...it was a mood spoiler...it spoiled our holiday...we were so disappointed....useless management and useless service...good for nothing... plz dont get cheated by the outlook or by "makemytrip.com"....USELESS resort

It is a Good Start Up venture. Good Settings-Nice Rooms, Total Privacy, Natural Seeting, Freedom to explore the Rural & Natural settings. These are big pluses provided you have been to the resort with mindset of getting basic facilities/personal attention. You will be off place the moment you expect the services and hopla of 5 star resorts. It is great Option for great setting/facilities with basic services and low tariff. The location may be difficult to reach without guidance and prior information. Take Taxi 250-300 Rs, from Kanyakumari to reach the location. Night Travel would be issue without personal vehicle else Taxi/Auto are available with prior information. Donot expect yourself to be doing To fro to Kanyakumari and back to Hotel. Do your activities in Kanyakumari and remian rooted at the resort enjoy the nature,. settings, quite time. My bet is above average for the resort and a great change to routine Resorts Set Up ... Worth Try.....
