Likes and Dislikes Well to be honest Hotel Melody Park looks decent from outside but this decency does not match when compared to its room interiors. I mean compared to the price I paid (Rs. 1450/-) for an A.C room, i did not find it value for money. The floors were dusty, the A.C vent was present inside the balcony. So one cannot stand in the balcony while the room A.C is on. Due to some construction work in progress, there were some disturbances. House Keeping service was poor since we were 2 persons but we were given only 1 blanket. However upon request we got it. 1 more important thing is that the A.C was very very slow in performance. In all of this i found the Hotel manager a very nice person. Location -------- This hotel is well located, very near to bus stop and also the beach. On a summary i would not recommend this for a price more than Rs 1000/- for an A.C room.

Stay was good .Food is OK but expensive. Room is good with clean linen. Service is not up to the mark. Hotel staff in all the areas to be properly trained and groomed.

The Hotel is situated at the proper place to cover all the nearby sight seeing at Kanyakumari. One bad experience was the floor was not cleaned properly in bare we could not step in. As i had booked 2 double AC rooms, this was the condition of one room and in the other one, bed light was not working. After repeated request also there was no action for it. Next day, also house keeping didn't come to clean the rooms and change the bedsheets. Dining we had in the attached restaurant which was absolutely fantastic.

Restaurant they wont accept any cards and there is no prior information about this and guest need to wait while check out to resolve this and hotel manager wount care about gust waiting very worst way of treating the guest while they check out. NO HOT WATER IN ROOMS

I stayed two nights at Melody Park. It is a decent hotel with friendly helpful staff and clean but simple room. Close to the market and sunset point. Good WiFi connection and a small balcony. I had trouble paying with card though as they had bad connection with their card reader at the time. Would definitely stay here again.

We really appreciate honesty of entire team Melody Park. Our Guest forgot their valet which includes Debit & Credit Card, Id Proofs as well as handsome amount of cash. But Housekeeping staff returned valet to Hotel Manager Mr. Mohan who arranged to deliver the valet at Madurai Hotel. Really Thanks a lot to Team Melody Park.

It's off season when we visited kanyakumari. We did a phone booking for standard room but they had no standard room when we reached and they offered executive suit for 200rs extra per room. Room is tidy with a/c and hot water geezer. The room also has sea view which is the only good part. Service is bad . No one knows any other language apart from Tamil . They are not courteous . Wifi never ever works. No breakfast complimentary. Dirty surrounding.

The plus point is nearness to the sea.Just walk down the lane and the sea is right there.You have a good view of the sea from the hotel room.We watched sun rise from the room.Tariff is reasonable.Rooms are clean and neat.Well maintained hotel.staff are polite and obliging.We landed in the early hours after long journey and they allowed check in one hour before our package time.Hotel is walking distance from the temple and boat jetty.Good for family stay
