I have booked 04 room from Dec/27 to Dec/30 at Sea Sun Residency vide your ID No. TGUA 0001180723 & 0001180728 Non A/C Deluxe & non a/c standard. When we reached alongwith my family at 8PM, it was surprised to see that only 02 rooms were booked. I have paid Rs. 17,745 for 3 nights. After long arguments they have shifted to other hotel which was far away from sea sore and no facilities for food. They have harassed us like anything. On Dec/29 they have allotted 04 rooms for us, we have paid the conveyance charged for shifter out luggages and men & women from our own pocket. They have be heaver such a way we have not faced earlier. If they are behaving such a way, we have lost out fathch.

The hotel is located on the state highway and near to sea. It has no complimentary drinking water. Room was average in amenities. Bathroom was having local fittings. As we were lucky to get sea facing room but the balcony was dirty. Hotel does not provide breakfast.

Not worth u pay and they charge even for blanket that u need. AC doesn't work properly. No view from the rooms at all. Staff not competent, low maintenance and high prices makes this hotel worst ever I stayed. Unfortunately it was non refundable and paid in advance otherwise I would have cancelled my booking. Not worthy friends. There r lot of better hotels there. I did mistake booking here.

- RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF WHO GOES BY THE NAME HARISH!!! The others were okay! - Swarm of flies greet visitors!!! - Construction material stacked on the staircase. - The toilet and bathroom is horrid; so much so, my bowels protested and I ended up constipated!!! - Intercom is filthy! - There is no water supply to the shower!!! - Hot water for bathing is provided only from 6 am to 9 am. - Limited English channels; that too not clear. - This hotel is away from the market area, is isolated, and there are just a couple of general provision stores and restaurants in the vicinity. - The attached restaurant too is infested with flies. - Credit or debit cards are not accepted. - No Wi-Fi. I cut short my three days stay to just a day; considering I had to make reservations at another hotel!

I booked 2 standard non ac room but when I checked I realise both the rooms have no ventilation, fan is one corner and bed is on the other. On complaining guy simply say we don't have room and for AC he asking Rs 800 per day. room allocated are bad no soap provided. Sticker on the back side of the door clearly mention that this room had been rejected for stay by many online booking portal. Hotel is 1.5 - 2 km from market. If you are travelling with your family please avoid this hotel there are better option just near market and railway station.

We as a family of 5 members visited this hotel for the second time a week ago. The hotel offers a pleasant stay with good looking rooms and executive class facilities for 5 people at a very decent rate. It is located very close to kanyakumari bus stand and a few feet away from the end of 4 lane NH bypass. The room offers a good beach view and provision is there for sun rise view. Located at the ground floor is a multi cousin restaurant suiting the food needs of all kind of travellers.
