we visited this hotel to see the place to find the option for our next visit. one can find this as best option with required facilities to stay with family and the place is in the main area where you can find all the required stuff.

i stayed at this hotel from 20th to 22nd december last year with my family and friends. A s we have booked online through stayzilla well in advance it was surprisingly that our rooms were not ready on arrival. The hotel has good sea view rooms but it was extreme hot on last week of december hence make sure that you have booked an AC ROOM , otherwise you have to suffer . The hotel has a restaurant which provides continental and south Indian dishes , but are overpriced. The best part of the hotel is that it is just near the shore and one can have sunrise from the rooms and excellent views of sea and vivekananda rock memorial from the rooms. Also one can enjoy the evenings as the hotel is situated on the main market area having good restaurants and cafeteria nearby.. Briefly book this hotel if you are with your family and friends .......

The hotel is centrally locate and facilitates visiting various palace.However I will rate it as poor on following grounds : 1.The staff is unprofessional and highly rude. 2.They allotted me room number 203 which had bed on my complaints I was shifted to room number 204.This room had : a.Window curtains were torn in vertical stripes as a result we had to use our clothes as a curtains.Some of the curtains were filthy. b.It had a very old TV as it had a worn out foot long remote control. c.In bathroom the shower had no shower head. d.They did not respond to my repeated requests to rectify these problems. e In restaurant stale food was served after heating it. f.Probably the room was being used by their staff. g.The room was neither swept or trash removed . h.Staff answered all enquiries in questions that too rudely 3.There was no assistance what so ever from the staff. 4.Overall the stay was not pleasant one.

The photo Tripadvisor has shared here is completely false. This hotel even do not have lock on doors, foul smell everywhere, it will kill the mood. completely waste hotel, I travelled with CHANAKYA Tours and travels. Complemy worse experience with this travel operator. Never go

The Hotel rooms are very worse,stinky . There is no dustbin to through your wastage in the rooms. No blankets provided . The behaviour of the Manager/ receptionist is idiotic, stupidious . he does not know how to behave customers. We board two rooms on 26.12.2014 with our family members. We booked two rooms . The hotel provide us one room at 12Noon. And another room at 2.30 p.m. though chckin time is 12 Noon. On our enquiry the manager behave us badly. One should not go to this hotel. Anyone booked a room will definitely experienced a bad stay here. Water leakage from the toilets. Bugs are steal our sleep in the night. No buckets to take bath. Only Hotel decorated well from outside.

Demo Trip Room is quieter.could get obstructed view of the sea.Upper floors may be ok from view of the sea point of view.
