Nice hotel with good facilities, nice view from hotel top, very near like walking distance from Station, hotel staff is very good, our chek-in time was 12 pm and we reach 5.30am, Finally I got room at 10am, room and other services are good.
We booked a room through makemytrip and reached the hotel late by 9pm. since it was peak season and very high demand , the staffs had given our rooms to someone else and when we reached they told that booking has not been notified to them and refused to give us room. we had conversation for 30 mins and they finally agreed to give one room which was under maintenance . it was very dirty and unhygienic. we couldn't argue more as it was already late and luckily the location was very good many hotels nearby and we stayed in other hotel.
Booked Hotel Singaar International in Redbus for 26th and 27th. We reached hotel at 9.30AM, reception person inform us the check in time is 12:00, Later after 1 Hr, they allot room for me. Finally i check in at 10.30 AM. Overall Room is Good, Very easy to locate. Just Opposite to Railway Station( Walkable). But little far from Beach , boating and shopping point (have to hire Auto for Rs.40). I booked Paritally sea facing room,Room view was excellent. We try to view the Sunrise from room itself. 24 Hrs hot water was available. I didnt try food in the hotel, since it was slightly on higher end. Room service was good. I booked the room for Rs.3000 Per day. Hotel is having Sunrise View point in Top Floor, It was just amazing. Guys dont miss the same, complete view of Kanyakumari is covered. Overall it was good experience,

Let me start with the good things. The good point of this hotel is it's location. Other than that nothing is good in this hotel. We walked in for booking by 6 pm. The receptionist told that check out time is 9 am. Then we got the rate card and we were discussing with the rest of our friends on whether it was worth it, as we had to start early the next day. The rooms are not just worth the rate. While we were discussing the receptionist asked us "No cash? There are other people waiting to whom I can give this room". Without thinking properly, we gave the full money for two rooms. The person working there insisted to pay the whole money before.
We were very dissatisfied with the room as the rooms were not well maintained and it was not clean. The minute we entered the room, we knew that we wasted our money. With a hard heart, we stayed our night there. The bathrooms were too small, it had only one way where the water could go out and that way was at the other end of the shower. So every time we open water from the tap, the whole bathroom floor gets wet.
We thought the worst was over until we saw the restaurant for our breakfast. The food was the worst part. There was nothing good to eat. So, we ordered a couple of dosas which took 15 minutes to come. And I had to ask the staffs there 4 times exactly for the 2 dosas. The staffs did not even care and they responded harshly the fourth time. After 15 min of waiting, we got the worst dosas we have ever tasted in our life. I took a piece and that's it, I didn't even care that it got wasted and I try my best to not waste food. When we complained the server did not care. He turned away and I lost my cool, I started shouting at the waiter. No one apologised for the food or the bad service. We left the hotel immediately.
I travel a lot and this is one of my worst experience ever.
Stayed here on 13th & 14th Jan'2017. Only location of the hotel is ok.But food & hygienic conditions are at its worst.Buffet was served in the hotel restaurant that too in the basement with flies all over the place.The food served was cold and nobody was there to manage it.Very unresponsive staff at the hotel.Booked hotel for two days with all meals inclusve but had to eat outside in other restaurants. Very pathetic services,will not recommend others to stay here.
