The hotel is strategically placed very near to Balknath temple (Shiv Temple). It is 3 km from Kasauli city. It is a budget hotel and I was surprised by the naming convention of it being a resort! It is certainly NOT a resort as it does not have any interactive games, events, plans which can help a person spend time on its premises. Though it has a roof top terrace where food is served and you can have a get together there. The service is professional with a homely touch. It has a TV with satellite connection and also boasts of independent balconies overlooking the hills. I found the bathrooms devoid of any shower curtain and the taps and the shower not working well.

Hotel is not at all suitable for kasuli visit as it is situated at Garkhal 3KM from Kasuli,3Km in hilly area is to far it took us 15Min by car to reach at Mall. Adjoining of Hotel are very dirty Market. Rooms: Rooms are very small and just O. Service: Room service is also not very good, We requested for extra bed and after 3 Reminders it is given at 10:30PM and that to at floor of the Room When i insisted for the Bed only than it Was given. Food:Quality is not so good,I asked bed tea At 6:45 AM But room service replied Milk is not available, after 2 Reminders i got Tea at 7:40AM. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: My overall experience is not good with this Hotel and will never recommend any one for Kasuli.

The hotel had hot water only at specific time, the food menu had lots of items but only few items were available, the bathroom was stinking and the hotel guys even refused to accept the bad smell... the cleanliness and quality of room was completely unmatched with the prices. The reception lady was helpful and the waiters were also helpful.

Reception was very bad. We were received by a person dressed in night suit and bare-footed. He was not trained to receive guests or make us feel comfortable. All other staff except this gentleman was quite cooperative. Cleanliness in the hotel is average type. Roti-sabzee is OK; anything else is not good at all. Being close to Kasauli it is worth staying here despite the above mentioned drawbacks.
