A very good resort to stay. Room was clean and neat with all the facilities. Staffs were helpful. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay here.

The charges for drivers stay were not disclosed at the time of arrival. The surroundings of the hotel were very noisy Due to many temples with loud speakers. We could not sleep properly for both nights.

The place is really good to stay. Room was excellent with all the basic facilities. The restaurant was wonderful with fine furnitures also food tasted good. People are warm and cheerful.

The hotel is centrally located in the main city. Our room was huge with pleasant atmosphere. Staff was efficient and polite towards the guest. Even the breakfast was awesome in taste. It is highy recommendable hotel.

We were staying at Kasauli Exotica. Since we were not happy with our hotel we came here for lunch. The lobby was quite big and modern. The restaurant and bar one floor below were equally good. Since the weather was pleasant we had our food outside. The food and service was very good. The valley view from garden was excellent. Worth staying here.

We were a group of 15 and the hotel ensured that everyone was comfortable. The rooms are spacious and face the valley. Heating is available. The meals were good and they even arranged a bar-b-q for us.

We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. Entrance is very warm welcoming with huge lobby. Modern decor, cleanliness and extremely warm hospitality& well trained staff. View from the room was amazing & facilities in the room & bathroom as well as size was decent. In the room, all areas was spotless & shining. The highlights of our memorable stay were Warm welcoming by Reception team & breakfast in buffet in every morning. All staff whether it was at reception/ room service/hk/ Chef & in the main gate are very polite, friendly & well trained. Special thanks to Mr. Hardyal Kimta - Manager Front Office who has taken care us during our stay... Kudos

Very nice property. Clean rooms.. comfortable sleep.. food is excellent and staff is very courteous. The place is 20 mins walk from kasauli main market. One of the best option in Kasauli. Tip: Call the hotel reception for booking. They give you instant discount and the best rates!

we stayed for two nights a couple of weeks back. we were a group of 13 adults and children and had five rooms to us. Food in general and breakfast on particular was very ordinary, though the quantity served was good. Service at breakfast was very slow as there were only a couple of staff waiting on a room full of guests. The hotel charged for every activity, as simple as playing TT or snooker - there were folks who came with receipt books to get it signed. As guests paying upwards of 6k per night you expect some services for free. No complementary mineral water, only RO. There are much much better resorts in other hill stations that are better at providing services. This one needs to pull up its socks.
