We were 2 families with kids and reached after midnight of 25th June. Very courteous staff and very warm welcome and check-in. We were also offered Dinner at this late hour and we felt so happy. Breakfast was fresh and had good options. The staff is very well trained and they always greet you and never say no to anything. The location is just close to Dagshai crossing and very good view from all rooms. Very big rooms with huge balconies facing the beautiful valley. Big washrooms, sofa sets and all required amenities in room. Everywhere around one can see plants and flowers, very well maintained. Ample parking space. Better than expected and better than reviews.

We were on family vacation and got the booking done through a sales agent Vinod of Misty Meadows in New Delhi. We checked in on 28th May. The experience was extremely poor and the service rendered by the staff was far below the basic Expectations.. No room service, no cleaning of washrooms, breakfast buffet didn't have more that two routine items... All in all - below standards. They did not even have the courtesy of correcting their mistakes.. For a family suite, they couldn't even provide adequate number of bed pillows.. the water in the tank got empty on day two and there was no water for over 6 hours. After a lot of follow ups, the water that got supplied was muddy and couldn't be used even in the washroom. The picture is attached. Bottom Line: only opt this place if you don't get any better option!

We had lunch on our way to Mashobra and return. Excellent spread and friendly staff. The Owner Mrs. Aruna Jaiswal took special care that our group of 14 pax had food of their choice. Recommend to take your break here and enroute Shimla.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL....we checked in on 28/05/2016 and checked out on 29/05/2016....the experience was room cleaning of rooms and toilets... almirahs had spiders... the sofa cum bed in the family suite was broken and smelly.....located on the outskirts of solan city.... red color water in washrooms and for bathing and when approached the management for this was told that due to rain the tanker had supplied red color water and later was told that as there was no water left in the water tank and when filled with fresh water all the mud on the base of the water tank got mixed and thats the reason we were mud color water and we will get clean water when all the mud settles down...later were provide with 1 bucket of RO water from kitchen for daily use....prices food and beverages on a higher side...paneer makhni was very sweet as if they had put the entire jar of sugar in it.... paneer pasanda was toooooo spicy....overall experience pathetic....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS... and do no trust the booking manager Mr. Vinod from the Delhi Sales office.we wasted 13000/- on family suite for 2 days.

The furniture in the rooms with the best view (deluxe) is dirty old n smelly. For breakfast they give you a choice between stuff which is not even an individual choice, its a per table choice. Inclusive plan is a waste of money. The owner belittled us like we were asking for beyond what we paid for. Very inapt for the service industry, such rude folks should stay out of it. The staff is so much more polite. Never would return or recommend.

Demo Trip It's a terrace type constrution on the slope. We recommend upper levels for better view and easy access to entrance.
