Complaint..........While I am hopeful for a human consideration of my factual representation to you vide the case-histories of 2 bad hotel experiences booked & paid for through you in the past, reported vide the mails below; I also draw your attention to the cash-back of 20% still pending to be credited to my Citi card account. This was well publicised in your site and should be done ASAP, unlike last time when I had to send many reminders to get my legitimate dues credited on my ICICI card account. Please treat us better sometimes as well !! I HAVE TAKEN PICS OF THEIR LICENSE THAT DOES NOT MENTION ANY COTTAGE WHATSOEVER, NEITHER THEY HAVE ANY!! I ALSO HAVE THEIR ROOM PLANS' PIX + ACTUAL INVENTORY AS PROOF ON PAPER. Its a new developed property. Room was large but there was some drainage problem in toilet. Food was good in taste. View around the hotel is good. Staff and service was good. Its recommendable to others.

This is a rather small, but very cosy hotel. The service staff are very affable and always on the move to make your stay enjoable. The location of the hotel is excellent and stay here is like you being embraced by the cool climes of the Sanawar hills. Excellent value for money.

I didn't like the food arrangement as I tried the lunch as well as dinner but I didn't find it tasteful. Otherwise the rest was up to my expectation. The room was impressive and service was admirable. The location was also manageable.

Wonderful hotel with awesome location. Above all staff is just amazing. Mr. Ravindra is a great guy. Rooms are beautiful with best views. We stayed in "2 Bedroom Family Suite". All staff members are so happy and cool. Buffet food is good but with limited options. Restaurant outside sitting area is just "Wow". Room service is very fast. If you are visiting kasauli this is the resort you should stay at. Just go for it.

I had the most amazing stay at Winnies in 2nd week of March 2017. Full points to the hotel in terms of the view, the rooms and the hospitality be it staff courtesy, helpfulness, cleanliness, etc etc. After seeing mixed reviews, the hotel was finalized after speaking to their GM. He recommended a premium room based on needs. The rooms was not only extremely beautiful but was very large and spacious with an amazing view of valley. The room was centrally heated which was quite a respite in the evening. Just that the flow of water was quite low. Nevertheless I Loved the overall experience!!! Breakfast was not very elaborate but whatever they served was nice! And most amazing was, that they had a golf cart! Considering our room was slightly at a height, it was really helpful! The hotel staff was courteous enough to provide us the same whenever needed! Overall, I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone traveling in Kasauli and really wish to come back again myself! Thanks for the amazing stay!

Winnies Holiday Resort was the chosen venue for SpiceJet and its Team Leader and above staff to have an off site team building training. The resort is away from the hustle and bustle of the Kasauli town , overlooking the valley and offering a great view of the mountains. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with basic amenities. The resort also has a gym and a spa for their in house guests. Although for a small hill resort the spa was quite pricey. The staff of the hotel was courteous and friendly. We wanted to have an open air barbecue dinner on their restaurants roof top terrace on one night and the staff went out of their way to organize it for us.

Stayed for 4 nights .. perfect stay ..good food ... great view ... spa is really good . Great Swedish massage therapy ...they have a bar too and serve most brands . Ample parking space .. active room with table tennis , pool table and soccer table .. all in all a must visit..

This hotel is 3 star at best and not worth more than 3500 a night. Very very average, the bathroom was not clean when we checked in. The furniture is old and outdated, the breakfast is absolutely dismal. Instead of serving individual packets of butter and jam to guests at breakfast, there lies a bowl of buttery soup, which you need a spoon for, to apply on your bread. A bottle of jam is thrown into a bowl, which everyone dips their knife into, to use. The cold milk served with the cereal is so watery and thin, it makes you feel you're having your cornflakes with water. At least give your guests the option of skim or full cream milk. With the kind of prices this hotel charges, the room and breakfast are totally NOT worth it. This hotel is not worth more than 3500 a night.
