They have great service there. Hotel was well maintained, Staff was very helpfull and co operative. Rooms, bed, bathroom were clean. Overall it was good experience and i would defenetly like to stay there again.

This hotel looks okay from outside but once you enter inside the room you will found it worse than Dharmshala. Hotel Manager Mr. Rathore is stupid, irritating and intolerable person. I booked this hotel for 2 days (15th and 16th March 2016) with breakfast and dinner. I did this booking long back (9 month back) that time could not find better option as many hotels were not available. When I entered into the hotel, staff do not have any information about my booking. They spoiled 30 minutes in confirming the same. After that I got a room 302 (second floor). In room I observed bed sheet and pillow covers were yellow. Bed sheet had a long cut which was not visible initially because of blanket. Bath room was dirty and bathroom window glass was missing. That time it was too much cold because of rain. Glass and tray was dirty. Many places plaster was coming out from the walls.. WIFI is not available in the hotel when I asked for it, manager told me the name of network (DLINK). I was able to find near by hotels network but could not find this hotel network on 2 mobiles. It was a simply fraud with customers. I asked for dinner then Manager told we have buffet but will server you in room only. I could not understand this statement. Dinner menu was fixed (worse dry Chapatis without butter, rice, Dal and mix veg). After dinner we had a plan to sleep around 10 PM as we had to wake up early for Darshan. But we were not able to sleep as carpenter working was going on near by my room. I was surprised about the work as it was 10 PM. I requested couple of times to stupid Manager and on reception to stop the work. But they simply ignored it. Then I had to call on Goibibo hotline number and had to hang up on call for 30 minutes to stop this work (ticket number #1715530). Next day after noon when we came back from Darshan and we asked about lunch. They provided the menu and asked for selection. We went to room and called for few dishes from menu. We got the reply that we have same menu what ever we have provided in dinner. What is this, why you have provided the menu if you do not have any option. Finally we have ordered the lunch in near by hotel "Ma Veshno Devi" and I found few guess of my hotel were doing the lunch there only. In evening I found the same carpenter work noise again. But I ignored it as I have checkout at 10PM.

Had a comfortable stay. Staff is friendly, courteous and service was good. Had an opportunity to meet the owner, who is a nice person. This hotel is like home away from home. Highly recommended. - Srinivas
