This was my first stay at this location and have nothing more to say than it fits the bill Home away from Home - from personnel to cleanliness to room sizes and related services.Cpmpassionate staff makes you feel at home and ever eager to assist as needed.Location is ideal since most retail and related activity can be managed with short walk or access to ground transportation to distantant desination is available thru them.Clean approach raods and ground keeping well maintained-neat. An inviting enviro for short or an extended stay for your self or FAMILY. I would definately come back and also recommend to fellow travellers to check tjis out - cost effective and diverse rage of room choices to upscale and elevate your experice at this well patronised hotel.

Hotel is at walking distance from katra railway station. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is costly but food quality is ok. Most problematic fact is the less no of staff. Otherwise services are ok. Dropping to banganga and pick up on return is compulsary.

First Impression of this hotel was good, good location, clean rooms. But soon as you check in problems will start pouring in from all directions. During my one day stay their generator was not working, so imagine you are in ac room but even your fan is not working and there is no window to open. After check in lift stopped working and your elder mother who has arthritis has to climb 2 floors. A/C worked next day morning but was not cooling properly when i opened to check the filter, voila it's filter was never cleaned(check images). They ensured us pick and drop to baan ganga and railway station drop but there driver was on leave so forget it. No water in washroom reason motor had gone bad and their staff filled buckets from other rooms to deliver it to our room that too after some serious yelling at them (see pics). Staff is stupid and non courteous. Restaurant order took 1:30 hours to come to our room after we ordered. I was so shocked to see how can so many things be so wrong at one place. I have not seen so many wrong/broken things in all my life in hotel stays that I saw in one day stay at this hotel and they have stupid reason for every problem. Serious advice stay away from this hotel if you don't want to use some bad words coming out of your mouth in the holy land of mata vaishno devi.

The hotel is good. Rooms are good spacious. But what decreased the rating from my side is the quality and delay in room service offered. Same experience is with their restaurant service which again was just average. The hotel location is perfect for a family peaceful vacation and is near to helipad and railway station but away from yatra starting point which is manageable by there pickup and drop by a dieing van.

First things is avoid booking helicopter through this Hotel Management. Clear warning to travellers. If booked and chopper doesn't fly. You dont get refunds. When we first entered the hotel staff is not that welcoming or courteous. The lifts were given preference for the kitchen items. We asked the management Mr.Naresh about credit card before coming over and they replied in affirmative. However a day before checkout they gave excuse of BSNL phone being dead. The staff would open the door themselves after knocking & not wait for us to open the door. Very very unprofessional staff. Not a great experience at all. Only two lights work in each room. No hot water available in mornings.

Demo Trip Second Floor front rooms - Yatra Marg and Helipad is visible from this room and Mountain ranges of J&K add awesome view.
