Hotel experience was just bad. Staff were not responding to anything. Rooms were untidy and stinking. There was a water leakage in the toilet as well as in the lobby the carpet was fully wet with water.

I liked the property very much. The rooms were spacious having all the facilities. I had my food in the restaurant the food was well prepared by the cook and it was very good in taste. The hotel is centrally located. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

I went to vaishno devi in December 2016 and stayed in Hotel Mayur. Hotel Mayur as soon we entered the lobby was kept in a very good condition and my compliments to the hotel management. The checking in was also quite handy and took very less time. The room appeared to be in good condition from outside but as soon as we entered the room we were shocked. The room was not mopped, not dusted and even the bedsheet on the bed was torn. The bed appeared to have been used before. The bedsheets were not washed, pillow covers not washed, dust everywhere in room. I conveyed the same thing to the management and it was indeed great that the management immediately responded and everything was changed. A great thanks to the management for the same. The restaurant of the hotel also needs to be more tidy and improve the quality of food otherwise better eating joints are just a stone throw away distance. A recommendation to the management please pull up your housekeeping and restaurant.

Nice clean hotel decorated hotel in just center of Katra,Food is absolutely marvelous.Hotel staff are nice and gentle.Had a talk with manager as well.Seems to be sober and well educated.got an 2-3 hour extension for the hotel room without any extra charges.

Good hotel to stay...very close to bus stand...... service was also very good.... Staff was so kind that they have offered us to use room for refreshment while we returned back from bhawan Yatra....rooms were neat and clean.... though hotel need to work a bit on room passage as some foul smell was there.......overall good stay...

The Management of this hotel is very good & lobby of hotel is clean which itself makes the guest happy at 1st impression. Best part is locality of this hotel (in the middle of market & just walking distance from Parchi Counter)

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Everything about this hotel was 5 star. Pros: 1: The location of this hotel was the awesome. It was in the heart of the main market area and all the shops were at a stone throw distance. 2: The Room was very well maintained and clean. 3: Food was very good. Tasty and hygienic. 4: Service was fantastic. From beginning to the end, the staff was very friendly, cooperative and helpful. Areas of Improvement: 1: Should provide free WiFi in the rooms as well. WiFi was available only in the lobby. 2: Should provide a mini fridge in the rooms. 3: The restaurant needs some renovation (AC, cleanliness, maintenance) but the food was very good. Chose this hotel after an intense search of 3 days and would say that its worth every penny spent. Very Very Satisfied with the customer service of this hotel....
