Well what to say...if the service of hotel is bad...stay gotto be equally bad, ppl go on callin u even if u can dnd hangin on the door of ur room.Phone keeps on buzzing every now n then...breakfast served after second reminder after an hour approx...after all this u are charged for the entire days cost if u actually want to stay for 5 hours more....not worth it !!

neelkanth hotel always promise that they provide taxi service from hotel to balganga and from balganga to hotel but on return journey fron bhawan when u will call the manager at reception to send taxi at balganga they always say wait we will be sending in 10 min but will never reach even after 2 hours very unsupportive staff horrible manager and uncleaned no one should prefer to stay there

Unhyginic. Unfriendly. Poor service. ....not for family ....promised complimentary while taking room were refused at time of delivery. Taxi service provided was pathetic. Driver was ill manererd. ..Rooms were not cleaned after vacation from guests same rooms were given to next.. .

it's a very average hotel. The rooms have very old ACs installed and hence, are less effective. If there is no electricity, there is back up - but not for ACs and Greyser. Don't pay very high price for the room - 800-900 per room should be sufficient. Free pick up and Drop to Barganga.

Curt staff and not forthcoming at all. Below average in terms of room quality, linen and quite noisy. Lift is old generation and the closure of the gate wakes up every person sleeping on the floor. Drop and pick up service is promised by the hotel but they move on their terms. Specially when you are tired from your way back to bhavan and you want the pick up to come right to the banganga, the driver will negotiate you to come up. As you do not have an option you come up and the drive way back to a hotel (15 minute actually) will get over in 5 minute with whole body shaken up after passing thru pot holes and bumps as the driver is in a rush to reach to the hotel.

i was staying here took a room for 3. my younger brother suddenly gone ill. the hotel travel agent Mr. Manjeet(biggest fraud), told me he will book urgent tickets to delhi by flight n too advance cash. wen only 2 hours were left, this fraud told me that I need to pay 6000 inr more else he will not give tickets. I came to delhi n he threatened me to life. I m seriously gonna take legal action against this hotel n travel agent. government shud ban such hotels n ppl. pathetic. I appeal all to boycott this hotel.

Demo Trip Choose only if one has to spend couple of hours or may be a night and budget is a constraint. Also beware of touts (will sound as if they are from the hotel) who will quote a lower rate when you are outside the hotels but when you go in the staff at the desk will refuse to own them
