A bad experience. The room size was very small and the floor which was made of bamboo was difficult to walk. There was no intercom of any bell where we could contact the desk as the rooms were very far from the reception.Had to check out of the hotel the very next day and have demanded a refund of the second day booking.

Overall Excellent experience of stay at Tents and cottages. Very good hospitality. Serenity among woods. Well coordinated tours. Different experience as away from concrete jungle and hassle free. Awesome!

Booked Nature hunt eco camp on the basis of TA review and i am not at all disappointed. Everything was smooth right from booking and emails with Ronnie.. he is very helpful.. Though could not meet him in person as he was not there during my visit but i did not find any flaws there.. The staff is awesome in one word. Specially Dulal.. a thorough gentleman.. you need anything and you call him..they help in everything from safari bookings and every other thing you need.. very prompt service. The property is in a tea plantation just 200m away from the main highway very near to Kohora main gate. It had 4 bamboo cottages,3 tents and 1 dormitory. Very comfortable to stay.. clean too. Bathroom is very neat. Coming to the food, it is one of the best I had of all my trips ( let me tell you i m a travel freak and had travel led a lot ).. Traditional assamese cuisine is what we had.. there is thali system and you need to order in advance.. they make everything fresh.loved everything from the baingan pitika, banana flower, dal, fresh phulkas, beans, raw banana fritters and country chicken curry. Yummy.. the achars are great too. For breakfast you need to tell them before hand. we had puri and sabzi and it was adequate. The lal chaa is a must here.. I would love to visit again here

We stayed here as a family in Dec 2016. Quaint is the word that comes to mind to describe this place. The property consists of 6( not very sure but surely less than 10) rooms on stilts in an erstwhile tea garden. They also have tents and a dormitory. The rooms are functional and the rooms clean. They have a policy of not letting the guests take their shoes into the rooms. Strange but helps keep the cottages clean. There is no running warm water in the rooms and the same has to be asked for. They supply buckets of warm water from the solar water heater. There are plans to pipe the warm water to the rooms in the near future. The night we were there, there was a bonfire which was organised for us. That was very special on the cold night under the stars. The food we opted for was thalis which were veg and non veg. The food was simply amazing. It had some local dishes too and were out of the world. It might just make sense to visit this place only for the food. The breakfast was a choice of a few things that need to pre-ordered. Again excellent. The best part of the stay was the attentive service. Akhilesh(???) was super attentive and made sure that our needs were catered for. Til Dec 2016 they didn't accept cards bu we were told that they would start accepting the same shortly. Please bear this in mind before reaching there. Will highly recommend this play to visit.

We [wife and I] went on a trip to Kaziranga and stayed at this property. It is situated in between a tea plantation. It is a small place and has tents and mud-huts, in a very natural surrounding. 1. Great Team 2. Awesome kitchen staff and great tasting food preparation. 3. The manager is a very hardworking and accommodating person 4. The Safaris can be arranged by the resort, but let them know in advance Challenges that one will have to keep in mind - 1. Mattresses on the bed are very thin and as a result, it could get cold during winter. 2. Hot water for bathroom is served using buckets. One needs to plan the bathroom trip. 3. A Jeep Safari in Kaziranga can get one really dirty due to the dust, so plan well 4. Since they have a small kitchen, so depending on when you reach, please call them and let them know you arrival and choices. 5. I think the place is expensive.

Excellent stay and good hospitality Excellent stay and good hospitality

Stayed for a day here during our North East trip and Ronnie was quite helpful in responding to our emails in quick time as we are not sure about the date of arrival. Once confirmed he made sure things are in place when we reached the camp. We stayed in bamboo cottage and the manager Aovick is quite helpful to fulfill our needs. I have requested for a cake to celebrate my wife's birthday and though I have requested at the last moment, he managed to arrange the cake and i am greatful for honouring this request. Staffs are very courteous and the tribal food was amazing for the dinner. Aovick also arranged the elephant safari next day and made sure we are comfortable. Highly recommended for stay if you are visiting Kaziranga.
