First, excellent in response on the phone, they remembered me 3 days later for my phone calls and requests for cabs for nearby sightseeing....stick to indian and basic chinese food....breakfast items are generous (poha or omelette..there puri and sabzi amazingly delicious)..but there tea cups can get bigger!!Try their pakodas for evening snacks or with drinks! Hotel was renovated recently but already some walls r peeling off!!! Rooms - Beautifully appointed but pls add a shower curtain in the bathroom..Otherwise perfect Hiring of ccars - Full day return trip to Orchha - INR 3000/- hotel asked for 3600 but we took the driver who picked us up from railway station. Hotel-Reneh sanctuary and Pandav falls - 1800/-

nice hotel with good staff. very cooperative and helpful people.the hotel has been renovated and the rooms are very spacious and good. walking distance from western group of temples.lots of open area is there.

The hotel was closed for renovation for last 3 months. We were the first guests after the renovation. the Hotel manager called to confirm when we were about to reach the hotel twice and guided us with the directions. Once we reached there the entire staff was waiting outside and we were given the honor of inaugurating the new hotel.. how cool was that... The renovated property has very well designed rooms and lobby area. the rooms have been made spacious and has good aminites. Also the main temple complex is just 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The hotel is situated at a prime location on close to the Western Group of Temples. The building is surrounded by green open space. However, the building itself is rather old and the rooms are not as inviting as the open ground. This is more than made up by the service that is a surprisingly good for a hotel run by a government establishment. We found the staff to be uniformly courteous and helpful. The hotel offers free wifi, hough the coverage in the room is rather poor. Works well in the lobby.

Unlike in other MP Tourism hotels, this unit surely needs a little eye towards controlling the pest menace. We drew the attention of the staff towards this problem and they immediately sorted it out. But no words are enough to commend the efforts of the staff here, who go out of their way to look after all the conveniences of the guests. Overall, a good hotel offering budget accommodation.
