Nice property but needs maintenance and staff need to be trained how to make guest feel special.

The bathroom pipes and the bath tub needs a major upgrade as there we leakages multiple times. The plumbing staff visited 3 times but the leakage problem remains. Ideally, on the first instance of our complaint the hotel staff should have offered us a different room but it did not happen! This is something to learn from and add to the Radisson experience. The rooms were booked and the Radisson was chosen by the kids as they wanted pool and bath tub after a hot outing or safari. Also, did not get an upgrade as I was told that the rooms were on renovation or maintenance!. Overall, I did not feel that i was treated how a Radisson Gold member should be treated. For example, the hotel could have offered us a breakfast by the pool or dinner in the open(small gestures of making it special). Despite the feedback above, I would like to highly appreciate the Temple Cafe staff for the food and accommodating our requests. As we were group of 3 adults and 5 children (12-17 yrs old) and so, the kids were happy with food and service. The pool facilities are good and the water was chlorinated in balance (again this is the feedback from kids as they are all swimmers).

During this challenging time, Radisson Hotels seeks to make each guest feel safe and secure. So they have partnered with SGS to create cleaning and safety protocol to address the health issues that are important to you while you travel. Their hotels are employing disinfection and cleaning procedures to keep guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standard of cleanliness.
An average hotel of the big Hotel chain in remote tourist place of Khajuraho, India
by singh19562014 on
Considering that Khajuraho is a very small and remotely located yet UNESCO preserved tourist place famous of its temples, has a hotel from the big Hotel chain-Radisson. However, as the name of its chain, this hotel lacks several amenities, and services and especially the service component. We checked in in hotel room # 138 and found that the TV is not working properly and there is no guide in the room and also the HAU of room above ours is making too much noise. We called several times to the reception, then one mechanic was sent, he could connect the TV to the plug, but not improvement was noticed. We were promised that after we return from the dinner (outside) the same will be corrected or your room will be changed. But even then nothing was done. We could not sleep well. In the morning also, there was a total miscommunication between the reception clerks and the floor manager. The manager was aware of our one-night extension of stay but reception insisted to vacate the room. In the morning again we had to talk to the floor manager again and could manage to get our room changed for the second night. Additionally, room services are dismal. Even the in-room dining card QR code does not work. It takes to another sponsored unrelated application and when we asked to send the printed menu card, it took several hours. Total chaotic situation.
Good stay but expected more
by Geet S on
When you book a Radisson there are certain expectations from the stay, some were met and some weren't.
We were two couples visiting for 3 days for my birthday. The property is nice, clean, well maintained but there was something lacking, it could also be that due to the pandemic occupancy levels have been lower and some things have been overlooked due to that. The service staff of the hotel is good, helpful and polite, the room amenities are good but we faced a couple of issues, one of our rooms didnt have a fridge, and the other room the kettle was stinking, when asked to change it they gave another which was not stinking as much but still had a faint smell of some sort. The shower and bath water would fall out and flood half of the bathroom.
Each room has a nice little balcony where maybe they could have some outside sitting option.
The biggest disappointment was the food though, breakfast especially, possibly due to there not being any foreign tourists the breakfast was catered to the Indian traveller, but even then it was very disappointing, in non indian options there would be cereal, a sad looking sandwich, some croissants and muffins, and some times one more item like potato croquettes, there was no non vegetarian option, only 2 teas in options.. we did like the chicken tikka chaat they had, first time we tried it we found it a little sweet, the next day we asked them to make it spicy and it was pretty good. So there was the occasional good dish.
It was a good stay for the deal we got, but didnt completely meet our expectations

location is best but we have issue with bathroom. hot water is not coming at all. we have to complain both days of our stay in morning to provide hot water and toilet is not proper functioning. water coming out from it regularly. to get hot water we have to drain the pipeline almost 20 mins the lukewarm water we get. that will not we justified with 5 star hotel. breakfast is good.
