we were woken up by door knocks at 6am by housekeeping staff to fill the coffee tray. He could not find tea bags & sugarfree in his kitty. There was no shower cap in the bath room and it was provided after 4 phone calls in half an hour.The swimming pool was available on the 3rd day as it was being filled during all this period. We decided to have lunch in room. The food was bland & search for salt revealed two dispensers for pepper only.By the time salt was provided food was already over.(mind you they charge more for in room dining ). After lunch we thought of sleeping for a while. I kept the food tray outside, hung the "snoozing" placard outside the door, only to be disturbed by knocks at the door by room service staff. If this is the state of affairs when only 9-10 rooms are occupied what to expect from this 5* property during full occupancy?

My crappy agency @travelodgyindia assure me this was a 5 stars hotel, so by the moment we got there, we realize it was awful, old and smelly, nothing you could expect in a 5stars resort.. the rooms, the hallway, the stairs, everything was old and stinky. On favor, the staff were always trying to assist you. I definitlly never come back. I dont recomend it either.

Found this place to be quiet average. Wonder whether it is on a cost cutting spree? Food was Ok and the rooms were large. The internet is free for an hour and after that its chargeable. Staff appeared congenial

nice hotel in khajuraho with Ramada brand , strong F& B but room services not that level , Rest services are good & supportive , need some renovation in rooms & modernity ,meals quality & taste were also good

I stayed here last evening and had lunch. I was the first in my group of about 9 to order and was the last to be served- they had forgotten about me. When I did get it I had to rush as our group was being picked. Then I looked at my bill which was for a lot more than I had had. I then had to wait for another bill. At breakfast I had to ask twice for cold milk for my coffee. Just disorganised. Otherwise the room was very good.

We were at Ramada to celebrate our 10th anniversary and they made sure we had a peaceful holiday for 3 days. khajuraho was the tourist hotspot on those days with the Khajuraho Dance Festival going on, but the hotel was peaceful and although filled up, there was no sense of crowd. The room was huge with a separate study; it was quiet and sleep quality was great. The room was made up daily perfectly and was spotlessly clean. The toilet was fantastically furnished. The only problem we had twice was with the plumbing that hot water was coming out of both the faucets. The fixed it on day one but it happened again on day 3 and they attended to it again though. Breakfast was of good standard and satisfying. Dinner buffet spread was sumptuous and had everything for everyone. The travel desk was very helpful as well - they got us set for the morning safari to Panna National Park on just a phone call during the booking formalities. Conveniently located between airport (about 10 minutes by an auto) and Temples (10 min again)
