we were woken up by door knocks at 6am by housekeeping staff to fill the coffee tray. He could not find tea bags & sugarfree in his kitty. There was no shower cap in the bath room and it was provided after 4 phone calls in half an hour. The swimming pool was available on the 3rd day as it was being filled during all this period. We decided to have lunch in room. The food was bland & search for salt revealed two dispensers for pepper only.By the time salt was provided food was already over.(mind you they charge more for in room dining ). After lunch we thought of sleeping for a while. I kept the food tray outside, hung the "snoozing" placard outside the door, only to be disturbed by knocks at the door by room service staff. If this is the state of affairs when only 9-10 rooms are occupied what to expect from this 5* property during full occupancy?
