Complaint.........I stepped into the hotel at 10. AM and checked out within less than an hour.I went to an alternative hotel.What is given on the internet about this hotel is misleadng.Had I not got another hotel, my stay in kodiajanal would have been terrible. But yet the hotel fellow gave me a bill for Rs.1130 as room rent for one hour and said you can claim back Rs.300.- from travelguru.Not received anything from travelguru. Totally I had paid for two days stay Rs1400/- to travelguru. Moral:Do not just believe one website.Do some R&D on the net about similar experiences from different people and then decide.

I have booked two deluxe double bedroom in jc grand but,they changed the entire plan they gave my booked room to someother person and they gave me the room in the name of family room in nearby hotel JC woodvile manor,no cleanliness,no bedsheet ,gave teared towel,no switches on the switch board wires of hanging outside ,no hotwater ,not treated in a good manner speaking anonymus words"if you want- stay or go to some other hotel" this experience make my tour very irritatable they simply said whatever you want ask to TRAVELGURU ,the actual room rent i stayed is 1600 ,i payed 2500 so please return my extra amount i have mailed you many times but no response simply computer generated mail alone received please take action on my issue and dont recommend this hotel to anyone

Staffs were excellent in their service. Rooms were decently well maintained with all the basic facilities. There is no restaurant in the hotel they used to bring the food from outside. The food quality was fabulous in taste.

The hotel did not have any restaurant they used to get the food from outside. The room was excellent. Staff are helpful n always smile on their faces.

We visited in August and had prebooked the place due to cheap rates available online.No better restaurant available nearby.Also the sound of bus horns etc. disturb your sleep and quite moments.Upward slope might be tiring for elderly.

Good budget Hotel in Kodaikanal, it is centrally located and just opposite to Bus stand. It is near to Botanical garden and Lake.Nearby many Hotels are available for having food.Hotel staff are providing good service to the customer.

Please do not go by the pictures uploaded. The rooms are very bad. Most silly thing is that it does not have elevator (lift). We were asked to use staircase and while doing so we observed that the lobby and stairs were badly lit. Rooms also look so badly maintained. We immediately decided to leave the hotel and I think that was the best decision we took.

This hotel located exactly infront of the Bus stand. This Hotel is very much suitable for those who travels by Public transport Bus. The staff of this Hotel were very friendly. The Hotel location is very nearer to the popular Attractions like coakers walk, Briant Park, Lake and Ice scatting. Lot of shops, restaurants sorrounding the Hotel. The hotel very much suitable for Budget travellors.
