An excellent resort, As soon as we arrived they welcome us with all friendly smile and Lemon tea as welcome drink. Because of lemon tea our tiredness of journey gone.The journey from the reception to the room via golf cart was good. The room was also good. The Christmas celebration at night was awesome. We had a great time. we enjoy the games. Dinner was ok but sweet dishes were really good. Breakfast was good. In short we had a great time. Dr Jain

Such a horrible experience.. No hot water at all.. with big board in the reception, they say hot water is available from 7-9am but it will stop much before that around 8-8.30 (when your in between your bath) saying "break" (which not informed to the customer) & no hot water is given after that. When questioned about it the staff didn't accepct their mistakes and they were very arrogant. The beds are not cleaned every day. they clean the before check In & after check Out... no beds or the rooms are cleaned in between. food is costly & not worth, the quantity of the food is very less & the place is far from all the tourists points. there were group of men opposite of our family room and were very loud. if you ask coffee or tea you will only get it after 10.30pm you wont get anything before that even if you are starving, there is no 24hrs kitchen. Over all experience is pathetic, it would rate Zero for this hotel
