Service and staff was excellent. Room was well equipped and clean. Food was very delicious. Ambiance was good. Location was very convenient. I will surely recommend to everyone.
It was not a great experience but the property was not bad either. The staff was polite and serve their best. The room was average but food arrangement was desirable. The location was also decent. It was a suitable place for a short stay.
The service provided to us was of appreciative. My room was adequate, the room service was efficient. A special mention of the food, it was delicious. It was value for money.
There was renovation going on in the hotel. The room was not so good as the bed sheet, pillow cover, flooring etc was not cleaned properly. The service was very slow and breakfast was tasteless. I was not happy with the staff.
Location wise it was not a good hotel as the infrastructure was really poor. Otherwise property was well maintained and service was excellent. Staff was co-operative and room was well kept. Food was also tasteful.

Even the "suites" are awful 
Only advice is to stay in another hotel till Citrus improves itself! 
Northern side window rooms was my favorite.
