I had to stay at this hotel for a day. They charged me two times the rate shown in their website. They asked me to pay upfront which I did. During the checkout they demanded 2000 Rupee from me again. I asked why. They said for the internet and the tax. I asked them how does it come to 2000 rupee tax when the room rate was 3500? Now they gather 4 and 5 guys and harrased me. Finally I paid them 500 just to get out. Also they charged 280 ruppe for chapati and a mixed vegetable. I asked them for a menu which they didnt provide. They didn't carry the luggages and also their driver did not help unload the baggages at the airport. The airport ride driver didnt have enough courtesy. I asked for the an extra pillow, which also they did not provide. The room was full of mosquitos and smelled of tobacco. Overall the worst hotel experience in Kolkata I ever had. Dont ever go there.

We had a college reunion in their ground floor hall. The place was very rundown and dirty and the air conditioning was woefully inadequate. The service was extremely poor as most of the waiters were either incompetent or rude. My son left a little early without having his dinner and we asked the staff of the hotel to make a parcel of the dinner. Initially they were very reluctant but upon insisting they complied. On reaching home we found that they had packed only the veg items and not the costlier non-veg ones. This is the type of place it is. The street side stall owners are better behaved than these persons.A place to be avoided at any cost.

Can just rate them thug and cheats and they need no further introduction. One should never even think of landing at this location again. They show you photo of a better room probable of some other hotel and when you land up you see a complete different room at the same rate. its the most unhygienic hotel ever seen. Need no more description.

I had been quite a few times in this hotel because of its location (centralize & well connected), But each time I went through terrible pain. Torn bedsheets, Bathrooms are the most nastiest place, decade old towels & many more bad things . . . . . & The worst one is service & attitude of the staffs !!!

I did not see any cockroaches. I did not see any cockroaches.

Found condom wrapper in room. If you like service and clean rooms, I suggest you look somewhere else. The air conditioning works as does the lift, that's about all the nice things I can say about the place.
