it was a very good choice at a very reasonable rate. the room was neat and clean...ambience was pretty good..

Staff was rude and were always trying to cheat us, They were not able to provide basic amenities. Lights were not working in the washroom. Even candles were not provided for emergency. 2 .There were no sweets in the room as mentioned in the inclusion. 3 .Wifi was not provided during the stay despite repeated arguments with hotel staff. 4 .20% discount on food and beverages were denied.After an argument some discount was given 5 .Hot water was provided only after long argument again. 6.Behaviour of hotel staff was as if we were staying for free.

I was expecting to have hot water in shower bath. However, I had to take cold shower in most times. In the early morning, the water temperature was probably in the summer temperature sometimes (not always). Fortunately, I was given a different room after reporting issues with telephone and shower in the room.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. The hotel is quite good and impressive from out side but from inside you can make it that the hotel is somewhat 10-15 years old and the rooms and the bathrooms are really in bad condition.
