I had a very very ordinary experience with this hotel. I booked two Junior Suites well in advance. When I reached the hotel, the manager walked me into 2 deluxe double rooms (filthy and small) and mentioned that these are the suites that we booked ( I can't believe be actually lied!!). When I mentioned that the photos are different he was reckless enough to explain that the photos are for the renovated rooms and the ones they are providing us is not renovated yet. When asked about the price he mentioned both are same priced. When I mentioned that we will take this issue up with Travelguru, they then moved us to the actual suites. Utterly incompetent management. Prices are insanely high for such a hotel and the service is very ordinary. There are two lifts that do not work half of the time and there is no parking (though they claim they have).

The rooms were neat and clean and well maintained by the staff. Staffs were very nice and co-operative in their work. It was a nice experience with this hotel.

The place is market and is very difficult to access during day time due to market rush. The hotel is not worth the price.

The service was poor, the rooms were untidy, there was lots of dust on dining table. So we left..within an hour.

We stayed in this hotel in January. It was disappointing that we got sick almost immediately and made a bit of a mess in the room on some nights during our stay. We offered to pay additional cleaning fees without question and we were charged accordingly, only to be subsequently evicted by the manager with two hours notice (negotiated, he asked us to leave immediately), due to the inconvenience to housekeeping. This was done in a public corridor of the hotel with other guests and staff looking on, at a time when we were most vulnerable. To add insult to injury they neither refunded nor credited to our remaining account the addition money paid in advance for the room. The booking agent helped us to recover the cost of the additional night of accommodation. Otherwise the hotel was what we expected (for a 3 star), staff (mostly) pleasant and a good location. Handy rooftop restaurant with good views. As noted in other reviews they don't respond to emails, so arrange your own airport transfer in advance. Stay away from the toilet end of the dining room during breakfast, its a bit smelly. If you think you might have any risk of getting sick then this is not the greatest place to stay. I can recommend the Swissotel near the airport, it was only AUD$50 more a night and was a huge difference in ambiance, rooms, restaurants, pool and direct access to nearby shopping centre.

Hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Easy to move for business and shopping. Pathetic breakfast and tasteless food hamper the overall experience. Rooms are clean and staff is warm enough for business travelers.

We had a taxi pick us up from the airport which was organised by the hotel. We also had the hotel get us a taxi at a known price for our return to the hotel. No problems with either. When we arrived we had a twin room but when we asked for a double we were immediately upgraded without any question. Then staff were helpful and courteous and i would like to draw attention to Veer who was one of the staff who was particularly helpful with any questions or requests we had. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The restaurant is first class and a good example of the service was when i asked about the ice in our drinks. I was cordially invited to the bar to see the water purifier which put my mind at rest. The room was large and the bed very comfortable.

Hotel is situated just near new market area. It is a good place for shopping lovers. My room was in 9th floor. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. But my suggestion is to improve quality of breakfast items. Entrance to 9th floor through lift was classy and restaurant at top floor was awesome. But entrance to 9th floor rooms could be better.

Lindsay is right in the heart of new market a shopper's paradise. Clean and neat rooms. Friendly and helpful staff . brilliant view of the city from the rooftop bar Should take effort to improve the breakfast.

Demo Trip The first room given to me was good but it's intercom was not working so they changed me 301 , it was very good room with king size bed and the mattress was very comfortable and I could sleep well .
