hotel is very poor quality. Location very bad. room quality very poor, dirty bad sheet. dirty toilet. stink in room. it has cremation from of the hotel. I will not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

Staffs are very helpful.But some basic cons in rooms.Water leaked from AC.Location is also but far.Complimentary food is not up to the mark.Stay here if you're looking for budget hotel and if you're in business trip

I had checked in to this hotel on 10th evening and Thanks to Hotel Mannat International for giving me a good stay.Nice hotel with clean rooms,reception staffs are very helpful and Mr. Chandan from service department is good Wifi connectivity was very good,complementary breakfast is not up to the mark can make it more better.The rooms were pretty big and spacious. I had a one bad experience when I checked in they allot 303 but room lock is not working cant open from inside then they made me wait for 15minutes and then shift the room but there was the seepage on the wall

as i booked a hotel from Goibibo on 7th July, My flight reached kolkata at 8:30 Am , i directly reached hotel but as per hotel policy they told me to come 12:00 Afternoon we will provide you a room even they don't offer us a single glass of normal water, i again reached hotel and they said we have no room then we called up a customer care every time they send me a message kindly wait we are searching a hotel till 6:44 Pm they was unable to provide me a room at last i take another hotel . think 6:44 Pm i leave that ploace and search a another hotel till 8:30 Pm i was searching at last i found a hotel and stay there , in a new location if you are going first time i paid 1200 INR for taxi service to search a hotel so never book a hotel from Goibibo Hotel service and the persons are very rude till 6:44 PM i was waiting for responde from Goibibo and hotelier not a singly word say that you can come inside

thank god, i stayed there for one night only, i reached late in night and left early in the morning one of the worst stays i ever had in my life, the room was stinking, dirty, the bathroom was not clean, unappealing reception felt relieved after check out the only thing was that the staff was forthcoming and helpful
