it said it is three star when arrived at the hotel reception in free cab offered by hotel which did not specify that it will be non ac....terrible experience, dirty bed sheets, broken sofa at reception, no WiFi, bathrooms did not feel like using then conclusion ultimate crap ....bad deal

Visited this Hotel in Nov, 2016 for a short official trip. Booked it via Makemytrip, for 02 nights, for the reason that it was closer to the airport, fitted my budget (about Rs 1,700/ night for Deluxe (Sgl) room), and that it had a complementary pick & drop from / to the airport. Positive points of this hotel: 1. Neat & clean rooms. Clean bathroom. 2. Good food and room- service. Room service people were friendly and helpful. 3. Closer to airport. 4. Ok for short solo/ business trips. 5. Low cost. Negatives of this Hotel: 1. Inefficient and rude reception staff.: I had booked for 01 Deluxe room. However, the room wasn't ready, and they without informing me checked me in a superior room; and the very next morning when I was out at work, called me up in middle of things, to simply state that they are shifting my luggage to Deluxe room which was then vacant. 2. Though they pretend to accept credit cards, but their machines never work. And so you need to be ready with cash all the time. 3. Poor breakfast quality. 4. The reception staff are rude and even won't mind humiliating you over credit card issues. Given regard to the price that it charges, its location and quality of room/ food, however it is still ok to check- in here when you are on a solo/ business trip. One may say that it just provides for a place to take refuge/ have shelter where rooms are neat and clean, and food is good.

Booked this hotel at the airport. Marketing material looked good but was disappointed with the rooms. Damp, dull and dark. However they have a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor. Worth having a meal there if you are passing by.

Booked on a popular travel website. Called the hotel to let them know what time I'd be flying in so they could send a driver (included in the rate I paid). Assured me it would be no problem. Called again once I arrived and they sent the driver - no problem. So far, so good. Arrived at hotel, registered, then was informed that there was a problem. No room. But wait - they found a solution! They put a very hard folding bed in the banquet hall (front of building without curtains to block the lights from cars and LOTS of noise. At least they hung a bedsheet in front of the door so other guests couldn't see into my "room." Had access to toilets but no shower until someone checked out the next morning. Thankful I turned my ringer off as the manager made multiple attempts to call and wake me starting at 5AM to let me know that a room was available. Never again.

I have not stayed in this hotel but I have visited their restaurant - Hotel Raj Durbaar for a dinner with my family. We have order Chinese meal. The food was good. Ambiance and Staff was OK. Strongly recommend to have a tomato soup, it was too gud.

I had booked the hotel with a great hope, but it left all of us strangulated. The memories are so bad that I can narrate a write up on my disappointments. But I would prefer to keep it concise for the readers to get a gist of my experience- 1. My father had a leg injury, had accompanied me. He was on stretcher. The spontaneous reaction on seeing him and treatment was inhospitable by staffs. Left me fuming. They were not ready to allot the rooms, I had to literally persuade them as we didn't want to hop for other property because of his condition. 2. The rooms were not ready by the time we reached. 3. The elevator was too small and slow. 4. The drain pipes of the ACs in room were presumably blocked, as a result it started pouring in the room. I have attached the snaps but not very sure if it got captured. We had to use multiple towels and place it right underneath the AC to avoid water logging. 5. The ACs were moody like the hotel staffs. They took long time to cool down the rooms, but was generous in dripping. 6. The hotel charged exorbitant as I had a last minute changes to be done ( added one room). They were very opportunist in offering me rack rates. 7. I felt it was one bad day for us...I found other guests having hard time as well with similar problems, that left me bewildered. 8. The taste of food was good but they were ultra slow in servicing. We had fetch food from outside, as we were 8 pax. 9. They had only one staff who was running around to attend guests. All I can say, hotel management really needs to sit and brainstorm to find mechanism to improve customer satisfaction...especially help staffs impart basics of hospitality. I had to write this feedback with a heavy heart, I really don't want others to have a dreadful experience. All my family members really coaxed me for booking this property.
