The rooms otherwise are a little small when compared to other properties for the same tariff... But the owners involvement to make you comfortable and help you in which ever way possible is probably enough reason to make one feel fully satisfied during their stay..

The property is a premium one, so got it at a slightly higher tariff than normal ones. But the service and quality of rooms was worth it. The location is also good staffs are professional and washrooms are clean. Breakfast too was fresh and healthy. Overall a good stay in Kolkata.

Located in the central location of south Kolkata, this hotel offers a classic accommodation option for business travelers and families as well. The service is very good, staffs are friendly, and rooms are absolutely clean and worth the money spent. The add-ons like complementary WiFi and breakfast was worth staying with Oyo. Highly recommended!

This hotel (Oyo Premium) is actually not a hotel but a guest house of few rooms on the first floor with pleasant to look interiors. Its location is good -- a taxi stand is few steps away only. We observed that besides the cook there were three or four persons in the staff of the guest house all of whom seemed to be functioning without any supervision. The cook with his assistant, was the master of the kitchen. We were shocked on the first morning itself when he declared that they were unable to cook for the breakfast since the gas pipe needed a repair. There was no one to complain. Unforgettable experience indeed in a 'hotel' ! No buffet for the complimentary breakfast. On all the four days we had to demand ( since request did not work) the right amount of the ordered dishes. If you order juice they would serve it after repeated reminders - that too a diluted version. The branded mineral water bottles in the room or served at the breakfast table were mostly without seals mixed with a rare sealed one. We discovered the secret quite late. Someone in the staff (or the management?) is obviously duping the guests. One is never sure about anything in a place like this be it change of bed linen or new toiletries ! The extra bed was a mattress on the floor not a folding metal bed or sofa-cum-bed. There was always a stuffy smell in the dining hall -cum-lounge.Old water bottles were strewn on the sunshade. The dining hall-cum-lounge facing the kitchen has two tables only. Sometimes while eating one gets to hear the cook coughing, clearing his throat and spitting phlegm inside the kitchen. Quite a revolting experience ! We somehow managed four nights during the hectic days of Puja pandal hopping ! If they must run this guest house they should engage a professional as the supervisor.

I chose this place since it was close to all the major Pandals for Pandal hopping. Park Circus is also close by. So accessibility wise it is located at the right place. Very peaceful and walkable distance from the main road. Slightly expensive but have no complaints And yea, morning coffee was pretty amazing.
