Some fittings in room do not work (windows, lights & switches etc).

The experience with this hotel was a terrible. Room was small & dirty, torn bedsheets & carpets were not cleaned. I do not recommend & will avoid stay in this hotel in future.

The hotel is filthy...... the bedding, disgusting bathroom..terrible..best thing to do is knock it down.

It is a good family hotel. Initially the rooms were clean and they provided free internet to four of us. But the staffs weren't very cooperative. They didn't clean bathroom and rooms timely inspire of telling them again and again. We stayed there 6 nights. The location is pleasant. A ten minutes walk from new market. Overall an affordable average hotel

Stayed there for 1 night. It was bad, not clean no hot water, noisy, the room faced the main street. Very bad staff, they had us check out on 7:00 am and they kept begging for tips. In short, keep awey.

stayed there 2 nights and when we woke up in the morning the entire room was drenched in water, there was a leakage in the ac or something and when we complained there didn't bother but when we checked out of Wellesley and checked into another hotel, they offered us a bigger room for cheaper price, such greedy people

First time choose this hotel to stay as the location of this hotel is good enough. Here I found at night the hotel authority ask high price to stay than morning time ;). It should not be really. And first they talked about Free Wi-Fi and later ask money for that. We stayed 12 nights here and first one week wifi service was very good and later interrupted much and there was no service inside the room. AC remote was not there. And with TV channels mostly found technical problem. Cleaning and other room service quite ok. According to me, for long time stay you shouldn't chose this hotel, for 2-3 nights is ok. Overall not that satisfactory experience with this hotel.

Avoid this place, it was filthy. The wet room smelled of stale wee. I slipped on my way out of the shower and cut my wrist on the uneven tiles on the corner of the door. Had an infection for over a week. Not the sort of place to take your kids.
