Rooms are very spacious. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Good staff. The buffet at all the times was superb. All different kind of food was really excellent.
Had an excellent stay. Room was good. Nice Spa and gym included. The pool side is very relaxing. Friendly staff makes your stay enjoyable.
The ambiance in this place is astounding. I liked the lobby extremely, it was spacious & picturesque. Even our guest room was well maintained. The room service was brisk too. I would like to come back again.
Everything was above my expectation.

great staff, good ambience, good air quality. Nice hotel, probably the best in Kolkata. It's maintenance is a bit stretched. Also when the night club operates the drum beat is disconcerting to the occupants in the hotel.
A great hotel in a great location. The surrounding district is amazing. It is also great Drive from the Hotel to the heart of the city The staff are great especially those in the terrific Regency Lou ge
The property is very spacious and well designed. The rooms are large and have good views of the stadium next door. The breakfast choice is very good. The decor of the rooms are fine . Bed is very comfortable
I was here for one Night and It was Really Great, the People were friendly and the Service was Perfect. The room i had was big with a comfortable kingsize bed. The breakfast was Really Tasty, you have the Choice between Indian Food and international breakfast and everything was Really Good. Internet on the rooms was fast enough to work with It and the room was clean. I defnetly would come back! Best Regards from Germany...
The Hotel is nice, right beside the Salt Lake soccer Stadium. There is not much around other than the Stadium. Pros: Safe, nice rooms, loved the shower, restaurants have good food, clean hotel, loved the pillows Cons: So ATM machine only gives you 2000 Roupie $ bills, but no one in the hotel has any change for it, you can't do much with 2000$ bills unless you find change...also the Pool is closed until January 16 2017 which sucks because. Was looking forward for a nice dive in the pool. Taxi: If you take a Taxi from the hotel, they charge you 800$ Roupies per hour or 80$ Roupie per KM whichever is higher or you may rent one for 10h for 8000$ Roupies which is 160$ Canadian. What we did -> was go right outside the hotel, negotiated with a Taxi Driver (Old Yellow Cab) and for 1500$ Roupies (31$ Canadian) he drove us around and waited for us for 4h while we visited Mother Teresa House, Birla Mandir, Kalighat Kali Temple, Victoria Memorial, Eden Gardens Cricket Stadium including roundtrip to Hotel. On the second day we took a cab from right outside the hotel to Victoria Memorial and it cost us 200$ Roupie which is 4$ Canadian for a good 20 minute drive. Restaurant: Quite on the pricey side for India but really good food. There are not much choices around the hotel therefore we ate here. Tip: If you can make change prior to your arrival do it, because for the moment it is really hard to get 100$ 50$ or even 500$ bills in India until the government produces more new bills.
