this hotel a have booked to by clear trip i have to stay with family im not satisfy here very very bed & darty hotel nothing cleaning and bed unresponsible member every thing fake there pls i have a request every body never stay in this hotel

If i can give less than zero rating for this hotel will give that!! I have booked this hotel through Cleartrip , for my parents. On the day before the date of stay has gone to the hotel to check how it is. And I have told the person at the front desk that have got a booking for next day and if possible will I be able to see the room. They guy at front desk didn't even respond for five minutes and then asked to check with another guy. The second guy has asked what I want. I've repeated the story. Then he started asking what booking who booked and all. And they have not got any booking. No rooms are available. Did I see a cleartrip board or sticker outside the hotel. He was extremely rude. Said won't give any rooms or show any. Then I showed the cleartrip confirmation booking voucher and payment details. Then he said like next day 12'o clock is the check in time can check room then. I've said might reach an hour before, so whether any lobby or reception where they can wait. Then again the hotel front desk personal started talking in a very rude manner and told no can't wait and just come by 12. Also even at 12 noon he can give only if someone already staying vacates the room. When I asked can they do any alternate provisions , the hotel personal started talking in a very threatening and abusive manner. So I've left the hotel. Have reported the incident to Cleartrip asked them to cancel the bookings. According to my experience, Hotel Staff- very rude Hotel location- not so good if accessing the hotel from the road on the back end road of quest mall. So my advice for those who looking for a descent accommodation and friendly and nice staff, DON'T book Jingle Inn Hotel !! Pls look for any other alternate stay.
