I was not impressed with the room quality, it could have been better. Service was also average and there was nothing special about food either. It was an ordinary stay altogether really not worth the amount charged.

The hotel was not well up to the mark. The a/c was not proper and bathroom was very close to the wash basin which makes me feel rather uncomfortable over there. Service and other facilities were also ordinary. Food was costly and not tasteful is well.

Hotel is centrally located. Rooms are tidy but cramped. Renovation is going on and it is very difficult to figure out way to reach your room as you have to use the lift on the other side. Buffet break-fast is not provided. Hotel charges "SERVICE CHARGES" on the bill over and above the government taxes. I insisted that this been knocked off as it is not write to charge the same, still I was charged service charges even though I did not use any extra services therein. This is full on cheating. On top of it the Manager was justifying that since the tariff has not been increased, they are charging service charges to offset the same. I don't recommend this hotel to any one and this is the last time I have stayed in Samilton. I urge the Management to not cheat the customers by charging such atrocious charges and demand the amount charged to me service charges be refunded immediately. I am also going to use the social media effectively to make customers aware of this practice by the Samilton.

Recently I stayed in this hotel for a week's time. I have booked the hotel through Phone. After giving me a confirmation through mail (which i have asked) I have also got a Reminder calls 2 times. That was really good. Check In & check put was really good. Staff was very quick & courteous & not even took 5 minutes to complete the process. Room was very spacious. They provide 2 bottles of mineral water every day as complimentary with few snacks & this is topped up everyday. Room Service was excellent. Decent Buffet Breakfast available. House keeping was good & Service is really very fast. Food is tasty & priced reasonable. Very importantly the Staffs. They were very courteous & supportive. Over all Enjoyed the stay & looking forward to visit again.

we stayed for 4 nights, the hotel has good rooms and housekeeping is ok. the worst food n beverage service experience was here. Room service has ordertakers who are untrained and not polite, rooms service stewards do not know how to serve,,dont leave tea pot in room and insist on taking away the tea pot (no hotel does that). We had ordered lasagane and garlic bread. they did not serve garlic bread but charged inspite of bringing it to their notice. Breakfast was ok but out of 4 days they had 3 days puri bhaaji (they need to improve that) Managers were spoken to but the service still remained bad. Pillows in room are bad. Billing took 30 minutes inspite of remind receptionist of checkout time 45 minutes prior. Billing error of two days prior in rooms service was not rectified in software. We forgot to ask for waiving off of service charge but forgot. Not recommended if you require service.

i had booked three days there. the staff was very nice, they had prepare christmas gift for me. also they take quick response on your enquiry. the room was big, and wifi was fast and stable. although, it need take 15 mins to metro station. the position is quit comfortable.

Recently, I have visited Hotel Samilton with my family. Rooms are quite big. Service staff are o.k. Excellent location, for transportation and other amenities. Tariff are reasonable. We are overall satisfied with this hotel and will visit next time
