01 It is very much painful to stay in the The Stadel. 02 We booked 10 rooms for 1st Jan 2020 and 2nd Jan 2020 03 After checking in we found rooms are not cleaned. 04 The WC (water Closet) (Commode) had black stain inside which seems to be not cleaned for a long time and staff told it cannot be cleaned. The way they said that this is the standard cleaned commode. After that they cleaned but could not remove the stain completely because they do not know which chemical to use and they did not have chemical in stock for commode cleaning. 05 Club is just nearby the accommodation rooms for which there is tremendous noisy environment for which nobody can stay in the room with comfort. 06 On mid night of 1st Jan (around 2:30 am of 2nd Jan) we heard noise in the corridor and then came out and found some staffs are cleaning the corridor and talking to each other with high pitch and creating the environment of the market. We lodged complaint at the re caption instantly at the same time (2:30 am of 2nd Jan) but staf was so not cooperative and unprofessional that he said this is the time of cleaning, he did not care of our comfort to sleep. How some one can sleep with that environment. Plus the work in the banquet was going on at mid night and that also he did not agree to stop. 07 This Hotel does not have any standard even not 3rd class. Seems to be something on the Footpath. 08 The charge was Rs.4000+12%=4480. This Hotel standard is below Rs.2000/-,. Even someone asks me to stay there after paying from his pocket I shall not stay. 09 If someone wants to punish someone else then it is ideal to send him to this hotel to stay for one day. 10 We talked to the Manager and he does not had a courtesy to say sorry. Even very bad experience after meeting with the Manager (Goutam as far as I remember name) and chatting for a few minutes. 11 The rooms paint is peeling off. Lot of cracks on wall. There is not proper Housekeeping as per Hotel standard. 12 Stael gave one key card for rooms. When we asked for the 2nd one they told they can to give. After that Mr. Sing took initiative to arrange the 2nd card. 13. Mr. Singh and Abul Management is excellent. We enjoyed the Weeding event, Banquet Environment and Food. They are really excellent very cooperative only these two persons are professional. 14 The way we were treated in the Hotel accommodation is beyond ethics and beyond Hotel standard. 15 This review is going to Social media and to relevant authority for awareness. 16 We had guests from USA, UK, France, Bahrain, Dubai and from various parts of India. Everyone is very much disappointed and dissatisfied. With the stay in The Stadel.
