Reached after a non-stop 13hr drive from Bengaluru !! The transformer was burnt and there was no power. But, the staff, esp - Mr Sanjay and Mr Anil - made us comfortable. They first gave us an option of moving to their Alleppey property, but, we refused as we had already driven 700kms. So, we decided to stay in the resort as the only guests in the entire property. Surprisingly they operated the entire DG set only for lighting our room and AC. The property faces backwater has amazing sunset view from the terrace. Though it is about 12kms away from proper Kollam town, its well maintained, serene and ideal for family vacation. Anil kept a track of our food requirements and Sanjay tracked the housekeeping requirements, perfect to the last T, without hesitation of running the entire DG set only for us for 3 days! Probably the HO of Panaromic Holidays/ Magic Holidays needs to be more quick in ensuring that the staff on the ground gets support. The transformer was supposedly not working for almost 15 days.

25th Dec. when we reached here late evening, I could not relate this property to the one shown in pictures online, neither to any time-share standard nor even I could relate this property to the image and standard of Panaromic United 21 Magic Holiday group. I have recently gone through a membership presentation from one of your marketing representative in Pune. We can relate your group to one we have seen in Pune is Area51 etc. The approach pathway is stinking, room condition is really very basic and bad as seen in pictures. I do not want to hurt you by any further personal comments. After my verbal description of this issue and request you have promised to refund all our money back for this 10 room night booking through coupon no. 2402 and 2403. Still as we have occupied for 1 night 3 room as we were not having any other option. I would like to mention that the resort manager Sharad and other staff are cooperative and they tried to help us as much as possible but the property itself is really not up to standard. Further to my mail about the state of the property yesterday. Even after knowing that the property is in very bad and worst condition, it was too late to find another hotel that late so we decided to stay overnight on 25th Dec. We could not sleep the whole night as the AC were fixed on 26c to save power that making the room very suffocating and hot. Even the bed and pillow was very uncomfortable. My friend Ashwin wife fell I'll. This has spoiled the holiday mood of full group. The overall experience is so bad that we can not mention in words. Overall we had very bad and bitter experience of stay at your United-21 property at Kollam. As suggested by you, we checked out in morning of 26th Dec. 2013. As per your suggestion, we have obtained a letter from front desk of this hotel. This is all, I could do to help you to process my refund for all 10 nights as soon as possible. Regards, Shyam Garg.
