Good for a late check-in and early check out for on the go business travelers. Services and the romm are pretty average.

When I first arrived in India I was not sure what to expect for my accommodations. Being from a climate that doesnt experience extreme heat, I was not prepared to deal with the humidity that followed me everywhere I went in Kerala, but I was grateful to the staff at Pearl Regency for going ahead of me into t my room and turning the AC on to cool it off for my roommate and me. This was the first of so many observant and thoughtful gestures made by the hotel staff. One of the things I was most impressed by was the food service! The group of 16 I stayed with ate most of our meals in the hotel dining room. From the first lunch, a delicious Thali meal, to exquisite Chilli fish and vegetable fried rice, we experienced so many of the different varieties and flavors Kerala has to offer. Sanoj and his staff were so kind and accommodating to us, paying attention to details like our preference for chilled bottled water over room temperature. Additionally, they were kind enough to add scrambled eggs and other American staples to the breakfast menu in the morning. We all appreciated these kindnesses, and they made our stay that much more comfortable.

If i compare during the stay i stayed hotel i feel so bad on this hotel.rooms quite good but food and service waste ,they not maintaining hospitality .one of the waste experience for me and my friends have at pearl regency

Room is nice and cleaned well.House keeping service is good. Breakfast can be order as per available menu and which will be served hot and fresh.there are limited variates. WiFi is available at lobby not inside the rooms. Room tariff was nice and check in checkout time also is very convenient.It is near to the Aida circle.

Hotel is good of food and cleanness .rooms ar not big .it is not much worth for value .service part is ok . I would suggest this hotl for fooding rather than lodging . Breakfast does not having much menue

I had stayed along with family at PEARL REGENCY while our journey to kottayam. The rooms were clean cozy and comfortable. The staff were really courteous and were ready for any help. Food was good. special mention about the night manager MR ANISH who had helped us in planning our day and making our stay comfortable. if we come to kottayam again then PEARL REGENCY will be my choice if it is with the family or for a business purpose.
