ONLY 20% of the hotel is working. Expect no food of any sort. They have about 25 rooms which are clean and well situated. Food to these rooms can be delivered upon advance notice. They have a massive hall which is quite nice and can used for menetings, weddings etc.

Booked 7 rooms for a function. Took 1 villa room(2 private bed rooms, kitchen n a private lobby), a royal suite room, 3 suite rooms, 1 balcony room n a non ac room. Property is pretty old. Claims to be a 4star but amenities are just of a basic 3star or even 2star. Pros 1. Friendly and helpful staff 2. Good ambience. There was good park for kids but since it was rainy couldn't go there. 3. Continuous round the clock hot(warm) water, so very much appreciated 4. Clean room, towels n bathroom Need to improve 1. Complimentary breakfast consists of puri masala n dosa chutney sambar. It's fixed menu, this is unacceptable for a 4star hotel. 2. Electrical complaints were there in most of the rooms, which should have looked into before the guest arrived, we booked almost 6 months back. One room was so hot n ac was not working at all. 3. Could have given complimentary mineral water and coffee maker in each room. As we were travelling with kids, we needed water so badly as we arrived.
